The staff acted like they didn't want to be bothered. Didn't like to answer questions. Gave me totally what I didn't ask for. Misrepresented the item. Item was tasteless, & over priced. They shouldn't be in business by what their inspection says. Please save yourself a trip.

I ordered two smoothies they were incredible watery and no flavor I asked no sugar they add sugar. The ones in Lancaster and Millersville are way better.

I walked in to just order an açaí bowl. They were about to close and had a few extra smoothies. They even noticed my fiancée was in the car and gave me two. 5 star service all around!!!

Horrible horrible service. I came in feeling like I was a burden for the worker at the front desk. I ordered chicken bacon ranch and there was no bacon. Then I accidentally dropped my smoothie. The staff was so mad and refused to compliment me another one when I was telling them about the flat bread sandwich. ’ll never ever go back! The feeling was so horrible. Don’t run a business if you don’t want to be nice to customers. I’ll take my business to Smoothie King on Rt. 30

P.S. I just found out that they failed the health inspections in April 2025. See photos below!

If I could give 0 stars I would this location has to be the worst one yet. Smoothie was extremely watery, the staff can’t speak English and they were not sanitary. I won’t be back

Walked in and wasn’t acknowledged at all and stood at the cash register to place an order for 15 mins and nobody said “one minute” or acknowledged I was there. I just walked out. Terrible customer service

I had an awful experience today. Let me just say I had to go back in and have them remake my items more than once. Both my smoothies were extremely watered down. My turkey BACON ranch sandwich was missing bacon & I specifically asked for the tomato to be taken off - it was not. My chicken WRAP was somehow made into a salad instead so they had to remake it and it was disgusting nonetheless. The two guys working didn’t give even one sincere apology and proceeded to talk crap in a different language.

The ineptitude of everyone working here including the managers is genuinely a sight to see. Order one thing and you will leave amazed that they know how to tie their shoes figure out how to get to work every day.

I walked in 30 minutes before close and the two guys there seemed to be making themselves comfortable. The one guy was completely bare foot while making my smoothie. TOES OUT AND ALL! The other was scratching his nose and on his phone prior to making our sandwich. I’m not sure if washing hands is normal protocol before handling food here but they definitely did not do that. I am absolutely disgusted. If I do come back I’ll be sure to do it during the day since closing seems to be at 8:00 and not 9:00 according to them.

I was working on homework while here, and I've never tried it so I didn't know what to expect. But I was pleasantly surprised the smoothies were amazing, the service was great and the staff was kind and it was a nice calm place for me to work on my work. 10/10 would come again

This place has a bad rep due to past employees/owners. However, since the indian guys have been working here, they are always open during their hours, on top of all orders, very friendly and I am always pleased! These guys are awesome.

I accidentally ordered here and I didn’t realize that until after I walked into the tropical smoothie that I meant to send it. I was told to call them and let them know so that I could get a refund, but when I called, the Indian gentleman who I could hardly understand kept telling me about an application. I repeated myself several times and said that I’m not calling to apply for a job. I told him that I ordered food that I wouldn’t be picking up and if he could give me a refund. He even read off my order confirming that he knew what I was talking about. After repeating myself AGAIN, and asking about a refund, I asked if I could speak to a manager and he said hold on, and hung up. $16.20 may not have been a big deal to him, but I’d truly appreciate it if I could get my hard earned money back for food that I couldn’t even eat due to it being 2 hours away from me.

I stopped here on a Sunday in the middle of the day. There was maybe 4-5 customers in the café. This was too much for the two employees working so they decided to lock the front doors. When the going gets tough.....turn customers away! Unbelievable! This occasion has turned me off from the chain despite having okay service at other locations. I strongly recommend going to Oola Bowls, Smoothie King, or Nautical Bowls instead. All three are close by.
