I have been to this this before and it was amazing, but I just went today and I'm guessing they owned by new people or something but they ruined it. Food taste bad smoothie sucked, and customer service also sucked. Where the Lady that used to run it! She had it great

I order from here about every day, every day that I have to work I will stop to pick up a smoothie before I head to my long shifts. I spend about five minutes here in total each day, the team there is absolutely wonderful to talk to. They always get my order right I have never once had an issue of any kind with anything that I order whether it be food or a smoothie
They are all extremely inviting making you feel like you are walking into a family members home instead of a café. I highly recommend this location to family and friends. Thankfully this location is close to home and on my way to work so it’s easy to stop in and still get to work on time.
There is never a huge line or too many people waiting for their items the service here is fast, professional, and one of a kind. I have been going to this location now for about eight months and I don’t plan to stop anytime soon
My smoothie of choice is a kiwi quencher and I recommend them to everyone that asks me why I have a smoothie every day lol
I am disappointed in the portion of my food. I have been going to tropical smoothie for years and they literally gave me half the portion. This also is the third time in a row I have asked for my food for here, and they give it to me to go. I don’t appreciate that the cashiers watch if I tip or not as well. It is very disrespectful, I am not obligated to tip for fast food

Stopped in for breakfast and Umer was very pleasant and the service was good. I tried something new today (PB banana crunch Flatbread) and it was so delicious, I will definitely come back again and I recommend other to visits
