DO NOT get the Shaky Beef. I paid $18 for that dish and it was 85% chopped iceberg lettuce and next to no meat or other vegetables. I was flabbergasted. What little I had was tasty, but to charge that much for such a paltry meal is ridiculous.

This is by far the best Thai place in York! Every time we get food from them be it dine in, take out, or door dash it’s hot and consistently good food! My wife loves their sushi and I love the beef satay. If you’re looking for a great meal with an awesome staff look no farther than Viet Thai!

They get really busy for dinner, so I made sure I go before 5 or 6 pm to get the best service and enjoy the best experience.Parking: They are located at a shopping center so you will have to park there, and depending on the time of the day it is hard to find a parking spot close to their entrance.Kid-friendliness: They are kids friendly and have a small kids menu
This is probably my wife and my favorite restaurant. The food is over the top.When I say over the topYou can't fine a more appealing meal in this part of central PA. Eat in or carry out the food, the service is a fantastic.This place is always busy, but definitely worth the wait. Regular meals or sushi fresh and delicious. Thank you staff of Viet Thai cafe. We enjoyed a Saturday dinner as a family, and the food was exquisite, even if the portions were quite big - we had to take some food home. The service was also great; our waiter, Noah, was very helpful, efficient, and friendly. Just make sure that you make a reservation before dining because the place is quite busy!
