25 plus mins for food smh then when asked the manager refused to give me my order though she completed it online! She then told me she was understaffed and it was the guy at the resisters 2nd day and only 2 others, this is after the drive thru person told me to go inside to retrieve my order n then i waited 23 mins while i watched 6 cars go through the drive thru…..manager got nasty instead of doing her job of managing the location! Absolutely horrible experience stay away

I waited for like 9 min for someone to take my order than my order was extremely sloppy and cold upon getting it. Than the soda machine was out of coke as always and manager had a whole attitude when i asked her for a coke. The employees are very unpleasant and you can tell they hate their job. If you can stay away from this wendys and go to the one on east market street or out queensgate area. The employees are behind counter acting like kids and being loud throwing ice at each other and this is why i waited almost 10 min to have my order taken 👎

Went in, stood there for 10 minutes with nobody came to get my order, yes I went inside. And then as I was leaving I slipped on the floor and fell. The place doesn't close until midnight, so why are they mopping the floor BEFORE the dining room closes at 10pm. Yes I went in just a little after 9. I won't be going there ever again. Not worth it!

First, I LOVE Wendy's, and my food is almost always fantastic.
Sadly, not this time. I ordered the ghost pepper chicken sandwich. The chicken fillet was over an inch thick in the middle, and biting into it had a disgusting mouth feel. The chicken felt like it was mostly gristle. I am hoping this was just an anomalous piece of chicken, and that future chicken sandwiches from Wendy's will be up to their usual quality standards.
