Slow service, I ordered salad and the lettuce was dizzy and the chicken looks like it was from the previous day and I asked for a chili and it was just broth, then I made it without ice and to top it all off the restaurant is dirty and greasy, they need urgent cleaning.

The customer service when you pull up is horrible. They rush you and sound like they hate their life because you pull up. Sometimes music is blasting in the back, and you can't hear anything. Usually, just some type of rude. Out of all the times I've been here, they rarely ever have the food ready quickly. You most likely have to pull up or wait forever at the windows.

The food was good, but the service was catastrophic. No “good morning,” no “please” or “thank you.” When we asked for milk for the coffee, there was no response. The staff was very unfriendly. There was also a slipping hazard in the restaurant due to the floor surface.

Choose the drive through here instead of the neighboring arches because I wanted a baked potato instead of fries. Then at the ordering station I was informed that they didn’t have any potatoes. I continued with my order only to be held up at the window, then asked to pull forward only to wait for a total of 17 minutes for a sandwich and fries. Then lo and behold no napkins were included.

Employees have horrible addittudes and it takes them forever to get the food out. employee seriously ees retrained on how to treat customers.

Disappointed with the new Wendy’s Frosty and the service
I went to Wendy’s after seeing the commercial for the new Frosty, really excited to try it. I went through the drive-thru, but the service was poor from the start. The employee who helped me didn’t greet me, didn’t smile, and seemed like she didn’t want to be there at all.
I ordered the Frosty and some fries. When I asked for the total, she just said I’d get it at the window. When I got the Frosty, it looked like melted ice cream—nothing like what they advertised. I mentioned it, and she called the manager, who explained that the machine was almost empty and they didn’t have vanilla ice cream. They offered to make another one, but it turned out exactly the same—runny and disappointing.
I accepted it hoping it wouldn’t be too bad by the time I got home, but it was a total letdown. On top of that, the fries were burned and looked like the bottom of the batch. It’s a shame that such a big brand invests in great advertising just for the in-store experience to ruin it all.

Had two mobile orders. The drive through worker had such a nasty attitude. Didn't even let me finish speaking when he told me to pull around. Handed me all my food without saying a word or even looking at me. I wanted to use my wendys key tag but was so disgusted with the service that I just said forget it and left.

Chx nuggets and fried over cooked. Oil seemed dirty. Drove thru closes at 4pm on Tuesday. Always seems to be something at this Wendys

This place firsthand is so dirty. The floors were dirty. The tables were dirty. One of the signs is literally falling apart. I ordered a simple vanilla frosty and six piece spicy chicken nuggets. It’s partial my fault because I should’ve checked before I left as I live on the opposite end of town, but how are my nuggets completely burnt. So upsetting and disappointed.

Stopped visiting this Wendy's some time ago and today I remembered why when I stopped here again. Drive thru was down so I went inside, the girl behind the counter had a nasty attitude with everyone for no reason. Order took like 30 minutes, so much for fast food... And it was dirty and nasty inside...

Ordered at 10:20pm, they had us pull into a spot along with 3 other cars, most of the food came out at around 10:40ish in which they forgot our 2 small frosties, we told the guy he said alright then walked back inside, we didn't recive them until 11:04pm when we finally had enough of waiting and there was space in the line to pull in to reach the drive thru window in which we then learned they'd fully forgotten about us. Overall far to understaffed as there was only two employees.
