We had a lady named Alyssa taking the order in the drive through. She needs to take a moment to actually hear the full order before cutting the person off 3 times and then getting the order wrong. Very rude and not how drive through should be. Had to fix my order at the window, they shorted me a nugget on a 6 piece, and forgot the sauce for my sauced nuggets. Infuriating..

Multiple employees were incredibly rude from the beginning and they missed a whole meal through the drive thru. Had to return back for it and it clearly wasn’t a priority for them.

I started this as a long tirade which was therapeutic but now the Cliff notes: i ordered @ drive thru and was told pull forward, it will be 2 minutes because we're cooking the eggs. Finally after waiting 15-20 minutes, can't get in the door so drive back through the drive thru. This time the response is "oh it's coming up now." Many people have come and gone through the drive thru in the meantime. Wait another 5-10 minutes parked at the other side of the building and went in. There was a guy at the counter and as soon as I walked in, he said, oh there you are! And pushed the bag across the counter towards me. I said, nope, I want a refund. He says "fine with me". He had an attitude about him and I said are you the manager? He said yes. I said fine with you? As a manager you say fine by you to a customer with a valid issue? He says: Not my problem. Read that again, the Manager said this over and over. NOT MY PROBLEM.

I ordered breakfast this morning, a number 6 and 7 with French toast sticks. They never put the sandwiches in the bag!! I got all the way home ready to eat and there were no sandwiches! Now they’re too busy to talk on the phone and resolve my issue. I won’t be eating there ever again!!!

Went through the drivethrough and ordered 3 items. Two new mushroom burgers and a spicy chicken item. Got the two burgers and when asked where the third item was, even when they asked all the questions, they never gave us the chicken. Then when we questioned it, the manager said, "oh guess they just didn't ring it in " no apology or anything. Not trying to get anything free but at least apologize for your poor work. Then you hear him say about how we "added food." No you failed as a team bro... Never again.

Sandwiches was perfectly crispy but my chocolate frosty had chunchs in it like it sat got warm and molded up imma go with that machine needs a desperate cleaning

Absolutely horrible they are all rude and super ghetto i don't think they ever clean the place. Food is disgusting and they never get an order all the way right. Needs new management as something just isn't working at all.
The worker who took our order, it seemed as if I was hindering her day. Food wise, I don't remember the Baconator being so small and having mustard on it. The fries were very salty. And I can no longer get a side salad in place of the fries.

Person taking the order today was very rude when he was taking my order. I tried to explain that I wanted a sour cream and chive baked potato with chili. He said you want a cheese chili potato without the cheese I said no that one is $4.09. I want the sour cream and chive potato with chili which would have been $2.99. He ordered it his way. When I got to the window I told the girl what happened and since they were busy just to keep the extra $1 or so. The guy who took order was there and threw his hands up and walked away. Very rude. The girl at the window was very nice and said she understood. I told her she might want to explain it to him.... guess I will stay clear of that Wendys....
