There’s nothing like placing an order and being parked right away especially when you’re the only person in drive thru. As I sat there waiting for the food. No one else was in the drive thru. I would have been more understanding had there been someone else in line, but there wasn’t. There was no apology for the wait. Just told have a nice day. I won’t be ordering the fish anymore. It was hard and it tasted like the oil needed change in the fryer.

Host Matthew Is Very Rude, Unprofessional, & Overall Needs To Be Fired. I'm Dining In The Store And Every Customer That Ordered, And When They Left, Matthew Was Just Cursing Up A Storm About Customers Complaining About How Matthew Isn't Giving Proper Customer Service. He Looks Like He's Under The Influence. I Ordered Medium Size meal He gives me large. He doesn't understand food cost obviously. I've worked in fast food over 5 yrs. I never once was as rude or Unprofessional as host Matthew. He needs to be terminated immediately. He probably losing money because he not properly ringing customers out.

Wendys has always been one of my favorite fast food restaurants. This one was good but not great. The service was not the problem, more the order of importance. It feels like door dash gets made first, then drive thru, then dine in customers. If you have to wait until last to get served, your food should be hot and fresh. The teenagers that work there don't seem to really care. The experience was fine, but for the price it could've been better. Maybe next time.

Employees are rude and nasty, I had sat in drivethrough line for 20 minutes with 3 cars infront of me every call pulled out of drive through I pulled to window to see if speaker box wasn't working they told me they were to understaff to do drive through without having a sign put out and was rude when I asked if I can put order through window I was told no that's not possible.

Yup. Just fast food. I know. But our family had an outstanding experience in large part thanks to employee Zah’keyah Hightower. She is sincere, helpful, kind, friendly and genuinely wonderful. Every interaction should be as fantastic.

I like Wendy's food but this location seems to have chronic staffing issues. Long waits, food is sometimes overcooked and orders are messed up. Staff rarely in uniform - mostly street clothes. Does not give much confidence.

The fellas at the drivethru we're super nice and thorough. Our food was actually right (a rarity at the Wendy's we usually frequent), the fries fresh and perfectly salted, and the frostys actually full. Thanks my dudes.
Every single worker is high. They had the nerve to get out of the car smelling like weed, to come in and take our order. Like what the heck.

None of the employees had gloves or hairnets and a fight broke out between the workers in the kitchen, they started yelling and cussing very loudly and we had to leave the restaurant, we even considered calling the e police. Next time we go there (if there even is a next time) I hope that the employees follow proper safety protocols and have a better attitude.
