Good food, service is usually above average, and the tables are kept clean inside. Sometimes seems like there's twelve people between the register and the drive thru window, but only occasionally does it seem as though the service is slow despite it.
This is the slowest fast food I've been to. Take the time to drive 15 mins to another Wendy's and you'll be done eating before you'd receive your order here.

The slowest drive thru possibly ever, it's about 5 minutes per vehicle to get through. Been waiting about 25 minutes and still not at the window. If you have another Wendy's you can go to do it.

Ordered a baconator and got a single patty with 2 slices of cheese. Tried to call and line was left to ring for a solid 4 minutes before disconnecting. It doesn't matter what Wendy's I've gone to, they NEVER dispense baconators... thanks for siphoning my money though...

I went here last night and stood there waiting to order. Good thing they had me waiting forever because as I was standing there I observed one of the employees touching his backside multiple times, touch his runny nose and then went straight to the nuggets and started filling a cup with them. He never washed his hands or even put gloves on before touching the nuggets. Very disgusting I got so grossed out I left. I was going to get exactly that- the nuggets - because my son wanted Wendy's but thank God I saw what really goes on back there I'll never come here again
Came in a group of three, got to the counter The cashier asked if we were together we said we'll pay separately. As my friends started to give her order somebody walked in front of her for a mobile order in the cashier walks away from her. After an uncomfortable conversation about who's going to fill this man's drink, The man with the mobile order goes and fills his own cup. My friend finally orders and then it's my sister's turn but the cashier walks away and starts filling mobile orders again for people. So my sister gets out of line and puts in a mobile order I'm paying in cash I can't pay for a mobile ordering cash... So I continue to wait. The cashier continues to fill the two mobile orders while I stand there waiting to put my order in. He eventually looks me in the eye and then looks back down picks up another marble order receipt and says "okay so I need a crispy chicken...." So I left, by the time I'd get my food my group would be done with theirs and I'd be eating in the car anyways.

Don’t waste your money! Ice machine broken, soda flat, worker lied I could use my app to get my rewards never told me their scanner was broken. They were complete assholes about it. THEY SHORTED ME A NUGGET. Never coming back. I tried to give Wendy’s one more try, never again. It deserves a negative score

Quality and food and services have really suffered at the east market Street Wendy's. The owner obviously doesn't care. Long lines...out of products and poorly trained female Hispanic staff talking about bingo night. Out of frostees and baked potatoes too. Frankly I avoid this hell hole. Food is cold too. Sad to see Dave Thomas company be flushed by bad ownership. Avoid it folks go to other spots. It's not worth the hour wait in the drive thru.
