Terrible service got a taco salad after opening bag, no utensils, no sour cream,no Doritos very rude after going inside and complaining she said we do not include Doritos very rude also the chile was mush again the food and service was terrible Stay away!

Pulled up to get drive through, ordered a Dave's single and a combo meal. Paid cash since the card reader was down. Got a dollar and some change back after paying with a 20. Waited over 10 minutes and never got my food. Couldn't stay any longer, left without receiving my order or my money back since noone bothered looking out the drive through window as I waited.

Two employees were stuck doing all the front task, I placed a mobile order and it took 30 minutes to get bacon fries ready. The customer in front of me was getting berated for complaining about the wait and a manger was nowhere to be found the whole time

Fries were dry and soggy and the spicy nugget weren’t fresh like I’ve ask them to be. My dog ate majority of it. This is the second time that I’ve ask for my order to be fresh and it wasn’t.

We order breakfast trough the drive thru and when we parked to eat. they missed one of the sandwiches. We were to far and we were not going back. Advice, always checking you have everything in your order before you leave.

Honestly this place has some issues. The entire floor of the dining room felt like it was covered in grease. My feet were sliding from underneath me. One employee came in from outside while I was at the register ordering and it immediately reeked of weed. Id skip this location and go to another.

Food was horrible, service was horrible. Manager at the window got an attitude problem, I showed him the reward app for him to scan it for my points and he didn't do it. For him to be the manager his attitude sucked and he need to go for classes on how to work with the public. He chose that job. If he has the problem of service customers he is in the wrong business. Wendy's need to DO better with the type of people they hire. This is killing you companies image.

We were helped by the short male manager with an attitude. Didn't give us a full frosty, barely gave any fries, and the kids' meal had no toy. Poor service, quality control, and additude. The other locations in the area are better.
