Idk what is happening in there tonight but I mobile ordered at 715 for a 740 pick up and didn't get my food till 805. The manager didn't even acknowledge any of the 5 people in the lobby waiting. 4 of which walked out. I only stayed because my wife wanted wendys for her lunch break at work which she didn't get to eat fresh because her break ended at 810 and they dumped the fries and nuggets in the bag at 745. Waited another 20 min for the rest of the food so the burgers were fine but everything else was cold, stale and the service was terrible.

My sandwich look steped on and they frise taste like cardboard they tried to slap a burger on my sand without me seeing and I went back and they did nothing when i went back never gain and they be gaslighting and I throw up pady not included

The service was super slow! Three cars behind me left the line. I got there a little after 5 and still didn't get to the window until after 5:40. Disappointed, still good food though. Will only stop when I don't need food fast.

Food is good, prices are ok. Unfortunately this place just doesn't seem to understand that fast is supposed to be part of the fast food experience. Had to drive off again today there are just too many other options in the area I'm not going to sit there and wait an unknown amount of time. It's like this too many times in my experience.

Really nasty manager (I think he was manager, was wearing a collared shirt) that was arguing with customers. Very uncomfortable environment and was scared to give my order to him. He should not be working with customers.

Look, it was a good place, but the worker that was doing my work, 'kyle' , screwed up my order twice: one that had two burgers and a biggie bag and the last time a greasy burger with a biggie bag.I would like it more if the workers were more active and listening to the orders instead of putting down orders quickly

My husband went inside to TRY to order but no one would wait on him.They were too busy doing drive thru and that was slow.He waited 10-15 minutes but no one acknowledged him.It is ridiculous when the person who comes in gets ignored.Left without food..If you do not have the employees to run both them make a decision to do one right..Staff all needs to be trained by Chick FIL a!What a difference in 2 restaraunts!

Cannot tell you how terrible this location is. They take 20 minutes to take your order. Multiple people will consistently leave the drive through. We won't be trying this place again. They consistently give a hard time about mobile orders. They never know what's going on. It seems the employees are purposely sabotaging this business. That's the only explanation for how abysmal this restaurant is.
