I haven't been to a Wendy's, in probably 10 years. I remember when the burgers were real thick and cooked by steam, so they were nice and juicy, but these burgers were like smashed burgers. They were very thin and a little bit overcooked. I'm so surprised that Wendy's has changed this way.

I've had multiple people tell me this specific Wendy's sucks, the food is cold, the order(s) are wrong, wait times, etc. Honestly, this is the only location in the area that doesn't suck, we've been here many times over the years and the food is always hot, we haven't had an issue with our orders, and the wait times are perfectly reasonable.

This Wendy's does a very good job with hospitality, and generally gets the order correct, there is the occasional mishap where something is forgotten or misread but overall they try hard to get the order correct. As someone who has eaten a lot of Wendy's the food here is generally cooked well. And the people running the window are generally kind.

Food and service was great! they need to fix the huge hole in the parking lot exit. Messed up my left tire /front end.
I ordered for dine-in but got it in a bag after waiting 15 minutes, so i got it cold. Another customer ordered the same thing after i sat down to eat and he got it in one minute. This place sux!
