First time ordering take-out from here since the ownership change.... food is definitely not as good as it used to be. Wings were soggy and tasted old. Sub roll tasted very doughy.

yesterday I went and ordered a hot beef sandwich with fries and gravy I sat there 45 minutes after ordering my food the guy comes out then after telling me it's on the grill cooking tells me it will be done in 10 minutes then comes back and tells me they have no hot beef sandwiches after an hour of waiting

Got wings mozzarella sticks and pizza like I usually do. food was still good but wings didn't have a lot of sauce on them. They forgot to put ranch blue cheese celery and the marinara with the food so I called and had to go back and get them. When I went to get them the people were very rude about it and then only gave me a ranch and marinara and when asked about everything else or even just an extra ranch I was told that's all a dozen wings get even though it was two different flavors of wings. Not sure what happened or why it's a big deal to get the usual things that come with your wings especially after I have to go back and then come home to cold food

I went with my bf for my birthday 4/10/25. we played bingo won prizes and the atmosphere and the customers were fun and friendly. I just want to say the bartender on that night was amazing and friendly. Coming from 30+yrs previously in the service industry I know a good bartender when I see one. We will definitely be back!

Got 2 dozen old bay wings extra crispy with side of tmf sauce. Pick it up take home, all wings soggy and tmf sauce in them already. Called back asking to make it right. When got there they scorned me about calling back. Not cool what so ever. Not first time since new owners. Also owner tried calling me out and kicked out because of the situation. Not the same as before, also heard the wife new owner just got in trouble for hitting a minor at a game. What a disgrace they are now
Please do yourself a favor and do not go. Owners have changed and the place seems a little cleaner except the bathroom are still the smelly no soap no hand towel crap hole. For the food a big zero. Had a crab cake sandwich was charge for lettuce and tomato which is fine but received a lower pieces of brown rib and a half of tomato.wings are dry and the blue cheese has been changed to a 4-1 gallon crap blue cheese. And they wanted to tell me a 38 year chef it’s the same, but couldn’t have the balls to tell me personally. Owners/managers if you want to call them that had no interaction to customers, their phones are their best friends. Beware stay away I’m sure it will only get worse

I was a regular of the old westgate and what a disaster it is now. Prices up and food quality and quantity is a lot lower. Sandwiches are half the size they used to be. Just a shame considering how it used to be. Definitely do not recommend this place now.

New westgate doesn’t even compare to the old westgate. Food has really gone downhill. Prices went up but quality went way down. They put less meat in the subs and sandwiches and overcook the fried foods.
All in all I wouldn’t recommend this place anymore and that’s sad cause I was a regular at the old westgate. Theres a reason they want to make this all a bar atmosphere, cause if you’re drinking you don’t mind or don’t pay attention to the sad excuse of food they are giving you or how much they are overpriced for the quality.

Ordered a cheeseburger sub, cheesesteak sub, and mozzarella sticks. The cheeseburger sub was made with what tasted like a frozen burger patty and store bought roll. The cheesesteak was average and tasted like steakums. I will not be ordering from here again.
