I met Mr Naylor at a wine conference. His packaging is innovative and easy to use. Great customer service too, and fast shipping. I also love the fact that they use odd boxes for shipping your products as a form of repurposing! We've been customers for many years, originally for Wyandotte Winery and now for Rockside Winery and Vineyards.
Good customer service. I placed an order that didn't go through b/c of address issues with my credit card. I had no confirmation number and no way to reference this purchase. I emailed the company and received an immediate response. They were able to find my order, fulfill it and invoice me right away. They were professional, friendly and helpful. I would definitely order from Wine Packaging by Naylor again!
We are a small, family owned restaurant in Miami with a massive focus on our award-winning wine list and cocktail program. We also have over 100 subscribers to our monthly wine club.
