wings suck & service bad. Will never go back. I use to eat here every Friday. it's fallen off a cliff about 3 years ago. gave them one lore chance and they failed spectacularly.

I gave this place a try when a new location opened near me, got horrible food. Said okay they are new they are busy. Just ordered again after like a year and it’s even worse. App said it would be an hour, we go to pick up and food is stone cold. Veggies are wrapped in a napkin and sauce all over the inside of the bag! Lancaster, Pa Wingstop is the worst

Tried to order on Sunday, no orders were being taken. Ordered on Monday and they forgot half our order. Tried to call and it went straight to a full voicemail box. Absolutely worst customer service. Don’t order from the Clayton Wingstop

Ordered 150 boneless wings and was only given 8 sauces. When I called to complain. The manager tried to tell me that fifteen wings can be covered by one container of sauce. I hung up. Also only got two containers of veggies when I was supposed to get six. They put them in a bigger container, making it look like they gave you more when they don't. very disappointed. Wanted to give the west central cheerleaders a great meal before their first away football game and it was completely a bust. Not enough sauce. Not enough ranch.
I did not get the correct order and they don’t answer their phone….EVER.

This location is really clean , the service is kind and actually doing there jobs . And who ever is on the aux cord in there is Fire ? it’s an overall vibe . Very good wings stop

Nightmare. They forgot several parts of our order, then refused to bring them or refund the order and the managers are beyond rude. The female night manager I spoke with (told us her name was Jay?) wouldn’t even apologize and literally said to me “it’s not my fault”, blaming her employees. And hung up on us after escalating it. For the record, I don’t even care about forgetting some things or can only do so much to fix it, but when you won’t even be kind or take responsibility for your brand, it’s ridiculous. Avoid at all costs. Worst service I’ve ever received at any Wingstop 1000%.
EDIT: The manager Diane made it right when calling the next day and remade the order for us. She’s a wonderful manager. She understood how unnecessary it was the previous night and she did everything she could to make it right.

Place smelled like expired blue cheese, I waited 45 minutes for 8 wing, I guess they had to kill the chickens first.... they have 3 people behind the counter but 2 are sitting down?!! There's 8 fryers yet I only saw 3 being used?!! Wth, I will NOT be back... smh
