pedí a domicilio alitas y una hamburguesa, debían ser dos órdenes de papas pero me llegó una, llamé de nuevo para decir que me faltaba una orden, tal cual dice mi ticket y la señorita que atiende me hizo caso omiso y culpo al repartidor! después de decirle que ese repartidor era de mi total confianza, que siempre ha ido por mis pedidos jamás ha tomado nada, después de eso no me contestó en toda la llamada, fácil decidió ignorarnos!

Worst food experience I’ve ever had
I was kinda short on time because of popeyes being closed but lying about it and still allowing orders, so wasnt crazy about getting there at the end of the window of when the food was supposed to be ready and finding out it was going to be a little longer. Their process of giving the cup for the fountain soda at the same time as the food is a little weird and inconvenient as well. Everywhere else I've ever been gives you the cup so you can fill it while you wait those last few minutes before your food is done. Food was really good, but the greased leaked through the bag on the 6 minute trip back to my house leaving a giant gross stain on my seat. I'm hoping the stain will come out, if not I will be contacting you for payment for damages.

They changed vendors or something with the chicken wings we used to eat them every week i gave them 2 more opportunities, and there were the same really nasty and full of fat and skin in each bite this location is in deer park tx and center street
Wingstop stole my money. I ordered dinner for pickup and the website somehow went back to the default location which was like 100miles from my house but I didn’t realize it until I hit submit payment and got the confirmation page. I IMMEDIATELY called the restaurant and spoke to the worker who confirmed that they did not even start cooking the food yet and that he would cancel the order, but yet he could not issue me a refund since I placed the order online I’d need to request it through there. I have not been able to get in contact with anyone who works from Wingstop. The only way to contact them is through a form on their page which I have submitted MULTIPLE times with NO RESPONSE from anyone and it has been WEEKS! I want and deserve my hard earned money back. Terrible customer service and thieves is what they are.
Wings are good but make sure you check your bag before you leave because they can never manage to give you all your items. Just today, so stoked about trying the new haunted habanaro. Get home. No sauce. And im not driving back 20 mins just for a $1.50 4oz of sauce. Thanks alot wingstop. Totally disappointed.

Este domingo nos negaron el acceso a wingstop plaza outlet la hostess y el gerente nos pidieron la cartilla de vacunación para mi perro cabe destacar que número uno es plaza pet friendly uno espera una mayor recepción de los perros a los locales, yo nunca pedí que nos dieran mesa adentro ellos tienen mesas afuera y también quiero decir que hace dos o tres meses entramos a comer con otro de mis perros al mismo restaurante. Desafortunadamente la mala experiencia vivida en uno de sus locales hace que la inversión millonaria en la plaza se tire a la basura y que uno no regrese a ningún otro restaurante de la cadena Aparte, el día de hoy se contacto la gerenta de la sucursal y salió peor me dijo que solo le pedían cartilla a algunos perros por lo cual me sentí inclusive discriminado mi perro es de raza akita americano, acababa de salir de su baño es cachorro de 8 meses que pasa con otros perros les piden hasta su acta de defunción para entrar. en su puerta no dice prohibido entrar con mascotas y recalcó ya comí en otras ocasiones con mis perros en la terraza de la misma sucursal dejo mi CEL 9981268091 y ojalá puedan remediar este problema yo mientras seguiré contando y escribiendo mi mala experiencia para que no le pase a otra persona

I had ordered wings for pick up on DoorDash and came 5 minutes before promised time. I ended up waiting 30minutes for my wings when I ordered them almost an hour ago (by the time I got them.) I was very irritated as I seen what looks like the general manager just sitting down at the desk in the back about 2-3 times I asked when my wings would be ready and they kept saying a few minutes. I finally get my wings and then leave irritated. How is it that I ordered my wings for pick up way before getting there and I’m STILL waiting and the ignorance for the manager to be sitting down at the desk as customers are waiting on food when he could be helping make food or offering something while we wait especially since I didn’t get my food until 30 minutes after the promise time.

This place is not capable of getting ur order right. The last 3 times, something was wrong, and just wanted to keep giving them another chance. But no more, 3 strikes and they r out for me.
