I ordered online from their site thepretzelcompany.com. I was worried by a shipping delay of several days by UPS to get these to me on the west coast, but Philip let me know that they should still be shelf stable when they arrived and indeed they arrived fine as far as I can tell.The pretzels themselves are lighter in appearance than I expected, and they looked just like the frozen super pretzels from the supermarket. But after heating them as recommended they darken more and are definitely a step above the supermarket pretzels. The flavor and texture reminds me of pretzels at ballparks. They aren't quite as tasty to me as fresh German pretzels from Oktoberfests and German restaurants I've been to, but they'd be a great treat for guests at your next super bowl / event watch party.
