Tried serving rotten lettuce to me and my pregnant wife - when I asked for fresh lettuce they said no, there’s no more left. Walked out. Absolutely SHAMEFUL AND DISGUSTING.

Ordered a foot long sub on September 10th at approximately 1:15. Two servers on shift. I realized when I opened the sub at the table that is was not cut in half. When I returned to the counter to ask if they could cut it for me, the server, the older of the two, was rude and didn't believe me that it was not sliced. (the other girl actually made the sandwiches), then refused to slice it for me and told me "there are plastic knives over there", referring to the place where you get napkins, etc. Not impressed with the service received that day.

The lady in her 40s who was serving us was super rude and rascist...like she owns PEI, kept on asking i am waiting, i am waiting and slamming stuffs..subway needs to take note of it!!

Stopped here for lunch staff greeted us with a smile and were friendly. My wife and son split a sub and instead of charging for 2 6inches they charged us for a foot long it saved us a few dollars.

Stood for 5 minutes well the lady ignored us. I said "hey I think we're ready to order" and she walked into the back and continued to ignore us. She came back out and said she's needs to do the bread first. At that point we walked away. Don't understand why prepping bread is more important when you have customers standing for five minutes and being completely ignored. It was 10AM in the morning. Poor customer service.

We were at you subway 4 or 5 weeks ago with our son that is 40 years old , he has coeliac disease and other medical problems , his dad order first and when Jamie order his he asked for gluten free pizza sub , The girl said is it out of preference or is it for medical reasons , he said for medical reasons she cleaned off the counter got all new utensils , put on new gloves , etc , they were really impressed with the service and the way that they were both treated , we have never seen that before , Thanks from the Doupe Family from Truro N.S , highly recommend your shop and staff , ?
