Literally the slowest tim hortons I have EVER been to. They take 30 minutes just to take your order let alone make your food, it's in a tiny claustrophobic gas station and usually filled with people. Horrible, get better

My work crew stopped for coffee before crossing bridge there were 5 employees 1 working drivethru while other 4 hid in back completely ignoring us 3 were watching 1 making coffee in back after 5 mins the rest of crew left without ordering . The 1 guy on drive thru took my order. Worst customer service I've seen
Quick service when walking in. Google maps driving assist literally sent us the wrong way through the drive through lol
Good donuts and coffee. Service was slow, but the options were good.
No breakfast items… no sausages, no English muffins… they need to plan ahead and order product better
