Ordered cilantro lime chicken bowl from this branch. Compared to all other TIMs these guys serves half the portion here . Don’t know why
And I think they don’t have the fried onions as well.

Literally the slowest tim hortons I have EVER been to. They take 30 minutes just to take your order let alone make your food, it's in a tiny claustrophobic gas station and usually filled with people. Horrible, get better

My work crew stopped for coffee before crossing bridge there were 5 employees 1 working drivethru while other 4 hid in back completely ignoring us 3 were watching 1 making coffee in back after 5 mins the rest of crew left without ordering . The 1 guy on drive thru took my order. Worst customer service I've seen

I don't understand this location. Every time I stop here they're understaff and you're waiting for a long period of time. The food is never available to order. It appears to be a fairly busy franchise, but I feel the franchisee doesn't keep it adequetly staffed. They never have anything available to order other than coffee. Today when I politely voiced my frustration with the staff member he became upset and beraded me for coming expecting goodcustomer service. Looking back at the other reviews, it seems to be a consistent issue and doesn't appear to be changing anytime soon.
New bagel at tims “smashed everything bagel “
They need to change the layout of the store BADLY. The store staff had a lunch rush at 12:30 on July 8th. Staff were not calling out finished orders and complaining about the customers right next to the customers.
I ordered two habanero loaded chicken wraps and when I did receive them the wrap was wet and stuck to the paper. I asked to speak to the manager and they refused to come out. I got a refund for cash when I paid with debit. The quality of the overall visit was horrible. Go to any other Tim Hortons. AVOID

Forgot our hashbrowns, no napkins, and forgot mayonnaise on breakfast sandwich after saying a few times please don’t forget mayonnaise. Got Timbits order wrong. Coffee was normal for Tim’s, No one yelling for us!
