Overpriced, almost 40$ for one person for 1/4 pound of lobster, they make you think it's fresh by using "Market prices" for lobster meals, but it's frozen lobster that's warmed up.

I won't lie, I was skeptical at first as it looked like a great food joint. The lobster roll, while pricey, was absolutely delicious. Best of 3 I've had so far on the island.

I will start by saying I've been spoiled by lobster rolls at Chez Mag on Isle D'orleans. So my bar is set pretty high.That said, Dave's Lobster is a must try if you're in PEI. The freshness of the lobster is amazing!Where Dave's lost a few points for me was for the price their rolls are not plated as well as others I've had. They came with a bag of local potato chips, coleslaw, and pickle slices. No fries was a detractor for me; especially being in the potato capital of Canada.

Dietary restrictions: They were able to work with a garlic intolerance.

Insanely expensive, not worth the price otherwise it’s okay!!

Overpriced one taco= $33. BIGGEST waste of money. Don’t by there also, didn’t give us our coleslaw. Bad experience. Very bad customer service.

Very good however it is probably the most expensive lobsters roll in Cavendish.

We decided to go to Avonlea Village for lunch and chose Dave's Lobster. The food was excellent--we had a lobster roll, lobster taco and lobster grilled cheese. The lobster roll had lots of lobster meat, more than average--in fact there was more lobster meat in the roll and taco than we had from our one pound lobsters at dinner earlier in the week at a lobster supper restaurant. Everything was fresh and delicious. It's not cheap but lobster is very expensive and the prices weren't out of line.

Go online to see it is 'open'. Drive there and its closed. Leave a message. No answer.

One of many choices for lunch in Avonlea Village. Fun place to stop with the family. They were tourist prices but very good. There are cheaper options in the village.
