Standard A&W food and rootbeer, but the service at the location was fantastic. The staff behind the counter were patient, considerate, and very friendly. The pleasant people behind the counter are the reason I'll pick this A&W over the other fast food in the area.

Whistle dog sold out at 1 pm. Only 1 lady taking orders. Then wait another 30 minutes for sausage and egg breakfast.

The worst experience in my life. I ordered 3 masala veggie burgers and one with a combo with extra sauce and extra mayo.They forgot to put in the burger, and then i went to the front counter to ask about my wrong burger they are so rude and in full of attitude manager said to crew member to give then mayo on side .Guest service zero .at least they should learn custom dealing .They are also rude if i ask for glass insead to paper cups, and during service onion rings, they did not serve in serving basket .So what is the difference of din in and takw out . Very disappointed 😞

Well food was good But asked for No tomatoes on Mozza Burger and they Put tomatoes on it then we went for breakfast and asked for Bacon and egg Sandwich meals. And instead of Hash Browns they gave us chicken strips. So I have to wonder if this happens to people all the time.

I ordered 2 mama burgers and a root beer. I got two burgers with cheese and bacon and nothing else. No ketchup, no onions, and no flavour. My wife ate hers but due to my own dietary restrictions I can't eat baco. Two tiny burger and a miniscule pop for nearly 20 bucks, and they can't even get a simple order right. Just awful.
Sign where not switched over it shows burger at breakfast time someone not doing their job properly plus was ask to move up to while i wait for my hashbrown and when i got my food my hashbrown was freezing cold and half frozen i always love a&w but i think ill have to think twice if i ever go back to charlottetown locations it was horrible and when i call instead of offering me a new hashbrown they said so sorry for that didnt offer a new one or a explantion as to why it was half fronze still. Im sure health and safety will love this one

I love this A&W, I always get such amazing service here! Fast food service industry now a days sucks but never when I come here! The staff are quick, foods great, and the staffs service to people is wonderful! The restaurant is very clean and tidy. A big thank-you to the awesome staff here!!
