“Lovely little boardgame cafe, the owners are super friendly and willing to teach boardgames or have a chat. The hot/iced matcha latte and turkey sandwhiches are always delicious. Ive also tried the frappes, and the lavender tea, which are both very good as well! They have Azul and Patchwork which are great boardgames if you only have 30-45 mins. Coup is also a good 15 mins bluffing game for 4+ players. They also have an assortment of unique types of puzzles. The atmosphere is relaxing and bright, and there is lots of parking available.”

“Just ate my first meal from this restaurant and it was absolutely delicious! I had a build your own bowl with chicken, rice, beans, corn, cheese, onions, salsa and sour cream. It was so fresh and filing but didn’t make me feel stuffed after eating. Will definitely be back!”

The one small catch was the hint of fish flavor on the chicken, maybe it's being fried in the same oil as fish, not sure... it was still delicious. The only other point to raise is the price of the 3 piece came with 2 small wings. Imo, most places tend to give 1 large, 1 medium price then throw in a leg or wing. For just over $17.00, quality and quality should be slightly adjusted without an increase in price. Change that and I'll certainly return for more.”

Not characteristic, and fortunately, we weren't under any deadlines, but slow lethargic service is never a good thing for the long-term viability of any restaurant or pub.”

“We went for 1/2 price mussels and thought it was amazing. To the surprise for the pub fare atmosphere the food was really good. I enjoyed the chef's procetta cream sauce for the mussels the most and the dill tar tar sauce for the fish and chips. Everything came fast and hot. I was very pleased. You can't go wrong with 1/2 price mussels. The bread that comes with it was good too. A lot better than I expected.”

Spaces close the to store are hard to get, but there is lots of other parking if you’re willing to walk.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs, there is a ramp into the building, and automatic door buttons further back from the door.”

“This was a very fast-paced McDonalds, which is inside the gas station. We were in Charlottetown on vacation, visiting close family. We made a quick stop as our 10 yr old grandaughter was (in her words) starving to death..haha..so we happened to notice this McDonalds almost right away. We went inside to order, and surprisingly, though it was busy, we had our order taken and received fairly quickly. The whole place was very clean, and everyone was polite and ready to serve. Nice to know that it is there for future visits, especially when you have starving children..LoL..”

“We had Shaddy’s cater our wedding of 80 people, and they did an excellent job. Joseph was very professional, and the food was very tasty and well presented. All good was delivered on time and warm. He had warmers available to rent as well, to ensure food remains hot. All of our guests loved it, with many saying it was the best wedding meal they’ve ever had. The cost was reasonable, much less than a full sit down meal with other island caterers. I didn’t feel that there was a “wedding tax” that I experienced from other caterers. I would strongly recommend Shaddy’s for your wedding or other large event!”

I ordered 42 party trays it's included sushi and sashimi, the rice was not Japanese rice also it was raw, not sticky and soft. And the sashimi was not fresh and not yet defrosted. So weird of the taste. The soup of chicken ramen was like instant noodle soup, I guessed they use the pack of that msg instead of the pork bones soup. It could trick the nonsense western people or never taste the true Japanese food. I never tasted it in my life.”

“I love a good coffee, but I can't say I found one here. I ordered a small drip coffee for $2.88. I don't care for those fancy tea cups they put the coffee in, so I went for a to-go cup. The coffee was bitter tasting. The lone male counter attendant had the friendliness and warmth of a pet rock. He acknowledged my presence with a barely discernible nod. The food menu looks overpriced but to be fair I haven't tried the food.But I'm willing to overlook all that because the building's interior exudes an inviting vibe. Subtle lighting, just the right amount of semi-private seating, and a turn-of-the century charm that made it impossible for me to resist relaxing in the warm and comfortable atmosphere for 15 minutes. There is even an outdoor patio for those balmy summer days. I'll be back.”

“My son was in to your location this evening, he was diagnosed celiac earlier this year. He asked his server if they had gluten free bread, and then kindly asked him if he would change his gloves. He was so pleased when this server cleaned all the counters, layed paper towel on the counter to avoid contamination and proceeded to use a clean knife and covered his sandwich while toasting. My son is 12 years old and said this meant so much to him. I want to say a special thank you to this person as they really showed my son a lot of care and patience. Even if it was just a sub, the joys of eating out have certainly changed for him, and he was so happy with the special care on his order!”

Me and my dad went in to get 3 dozen donuts for my brother's 16th birthday party..they didn't have enough made but the girls behind the counter said they would talk to the baker..he came out and actually took our order of what donuts we wanted.. he then told us he would make them all fresh for us within half an hour ...we went and sat in our car ..the amazingly nice gentleman even came out to tell us the donuts were done and only in 25 mins!...I must say...holding a box of warm fresh custome made Tim's donuts was truly a great moment lol. Thank you guys so much they were amazing :) you made a room full of people very happy lol you went above and beyond ?”
