Saturday night , no slices ?

I am from Halifax and this is my third time eating here, and I make sure to come back every year. The paneer pizza, garlic fingers, aloo tikki burger, poutine and chicken wings are absolutely amazing! This time I also tried their gulab jamun cheesecake which is good.

I don’t like coming here to talk negative about a business but I’ve probably witnessed some of the worst food and costumer service I’ve ever seen. Me and my significant other waited almost 40 minutes just to be served food that felt like it sat for 15 minutes and were greeted by a very rude employee at the cash. We can understand busy hours and such but nothing was up to standard and we were quite frankly disgusted. Definitely will not be returning

Absolutely never going back. The manager’s attitude tonight was brutal — we just wanted a quick slice before close and got treated like a nuisance. This place has always been mediocre at best, but tonight was the final straw. Rude, unprofessional, and not worth another dime of my money.

One star. Pre-ordered a pizza from Alexander’s Pizza in Charlottetown at 12:30 AM — their website clearly states they’re open until 1 AM. I arrived at 12:45 to pick it up and was greeted with, “We’re closed, you can’t eat in here.” I explained I had walked there and just wanted to quickly eat a slice and clean up after myself, but they flat-out refused my business and I left without the pizza I had already ordered. Terrible customer service. Won’t be back.

Ordered my food at 11:58 and it’s been an hour and I’m quite literally down the street. Yes I know I could’ve gone to pick it up but I’m sick. This is ridiculous.
