I visited Booster Juice in the Charlottetown mall on June 29th and many other times but this specific time, I had a really disappointing experience. While I was mid-order at the cash, the employee picked up a phone call and completely dismissed me…no apology, no acknowledgment. She didn’t ask if I wanted a receipt, just crumpled it up in her hand and walked away without a single thank you or any kind of customer service. I contacted Booster Juice customer service the same day and haven’t heard anything back, even after more than two weeks. Looking at the Google reviews, it seems like they don’t respond to anyone, which tells me they don’t really care about feedback. This isn’t the first time I’ve felt brushed off here either. Spending nearly $10 on a drink each time I come shouldn’t come with the feeling that I’m a burden. Really frustrating and disheartening experience.

I spend a good amount of money here and the manager make you feel like you’re in the wrong for calling him when they get your order incorrect. Going to start giving my hard earned money elsewhere. Really poor service

I usually enjoy Booster Juice, but my recent visit was really disappointing. The staff at this location were incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was barely greeted when I walked in, and when I asked a simple question about the ingredients, the employee responded with an attitude like I was bothering them. There was no smile, no courtesy, and they seemed more interested in chatting with each other than serving custom

I ordered the acai bowl and it was horrible, missing items, was runny and tasted bad. Would not ever get again.
Absolutely horrible! I ordered an Açai bowl and it was like a smoothie in a bowl just gross ! My smoothie was suppose to be banana but there was way to much whey powder ! I think ya may wanna retrain your staff or get some staff who wanna work. Never again will i wast my money in your store .

Either you have the wrong hours posted or bad employees. Store was not open at 9am, I stood in front of the gate for 10+ minutes after 9 and the guy never came to open it or bother to even tell me anything.
