Third time at this establishment in the past 2 months and everytime they brought our granddaughters food and forgot about ours. This results in us never getting to eat our meal in the restaurant. We always have to take it home. The only reason we kept coming back is our granddaughter likes the bugs and cheese.
My meal was cold when I finally got it and tasted burnt. Ive gone to Boston pizza for years and have to say the service has dropped drastically.

Service was alright, but that's about the only thing good at this place. There's so many better spots on the Island. It's not bad, per se, but my garlic fingers were so soggy and oily that I couldn't even finish it, and I'm the least picky person ever. The pasta was just fair. I've had good experiences here before, but not this time.

I really do like Boston pizza and this never happened to me before I love going there and I always go like more than twice a month but today. I had a really disappointing experience at this Boston Pizza location. I went to pick up an order on behalf of a friend and had the confirmation details ready. However, the person at the front counter was extremely rude and dismissive. When I explained I was there to collect the order, he questioned me about having a delivery bag and seemed to assume I was a delivery driver. I can’t say for sure if it was racial bias, but it felt that way — like I was being judged based on how I looked rather than what I said. It left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. No one deserves to be treated that way. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides staff training on how to treat all customers with respect

Had a big event and made reservations for 20 people, including 3 children. When we arrived our table was ready with poured water and colouring books for the children. Our orders were quickly taken, along with drink orders. Our food was served within a reasonable timeframe. Orders were all correct and the food was excellent. I was very pleased with all aspects of this visit.

My family and I went to BP September 21 2025 and our waitress not only screwed up our orders once but 7 times and then give us menu that didn't show price for regular poutine or price to take our fries with our free kids meal and have them as garlic parmesan and just said sure instead of stating yes you can but it will be this price. The manager when call was not nice about it and all he would say is we refund you for pop and that's it hope you come back. What was supposed to be a fun family outing to celebrate a birthday turned out to be the worst time there. Not impressed at all with how our experience with family gathering of 10 people 😤
Usually my Boston pizza deliveries are so good and my daughter and I look forward to them tonight was just under par to the quality I'm used to getting from there. The spaghetti we got barely had any sauce which made the noodles very dry

We are a regular there with our family. Last night we went, and had SPENCER as our waiter. He was outstanding. Easily the best customer service we've had at a restaurant in a very long time. Job well done!
