I've been coming and bringing friends to this place for a while because I appreciate their consistency in what they serve.

Last time I came with my wife and our newborn for a family date, and we ordered a pizza that was way over the normal spicy level. The server came over, offered to replace the pizza, which we only had eaten 1 half slice each out of the 12 slices (barely nothing), so we stop eating and 5 mins later the manager (don't know her name, but it's a woman with green eyes) comes over and says they are actually not swapping it because I ordered that myself and they couldn't do anything about it.

I didn't make a scene, It wasn't on me to try to tell her how to do their job, but for me it was insane that instead of trying to keep a regular customer happy and serve something that we could eat instead, they decided to charge me the $33.50, take the whole pizza back just to throw in the garbage, and now I don't feel like coming back just for this attitude.

Our mood was simply distroyed for the rest of the night, the server was also clearly upset, and just for the note... the high chair they brought to our baby was covered with food crumbs and tomato sauce all over the seat.

Maybe it was a bad day, maybe it was a misconduct action, I don't know.. all I know is we're not gonna choose to come back unless it's an addressed situation, and when people ask about it we will spread this word.

I honestly don't get the appeal of Boston Pizza. The food is very over priced and the portions are small. The staff is for the most part always nice, which is a good, but other than that I am not a big fan of Boston Pizza.

Unfortunately we didn't have the best experience when we went there Saturday afternoon. While the waitress was nice, we could tell the restaurant wasn't very clean. Just upon reaching our booth in the corner, it was filled with fruit flies that I can only guess was coming from the kitchen since our table was near there. We had to keep swatting at them so they wouldn't land in our food.

Boston Pizza is by far one of my favourite restaurants to visit in Charlottetown. It's clear to see they pride themselves on fantastic service and delicious food. Pizza might be in their name, but they excel at many dishes, their chicken being my favourite. They've become my go-to for any special outing, from anniversaries to birthday dinners.

The waitress was fantastic. She recommended our table of 5 start with the garlic parmesan fries and they were delicious. I got my usual spicy pierogi pizza which was delicious. Others got pasta, pizza, garlic fingers and nachos and all loved their meals as well.

Value for food was poor, quality of food was fair. Service was inattentive and cool.

Great food and staff . Happy it was open later than other establishments closed early. We loved the friendly waitress

The food was good, the server was very pleasant. My biggest complaint is ordering an appetizer (which I emphasized as an appetizer when I ordered ie: we would like to START with wings) and having my entree delivered to my table less than two minutes later. We had barely started on the wings and now had our entrees spread across the table, too. Our server gave an apologetic half smile and said that the kitchen was really fast tonight. Anyway - food was still good but why sell appetizers at all if you intend on bringing them out with the entrees?

Luke has been our server for past couple of times we’ve came and I can’t recommend him enough. Always checking up on us and making sure everything is all good. The food is always consistently good. Will be requesting Luke to be our server from now on!

When earth Is life

I recently visited Boston Pizza in Charlottetown and had a really good experience overall. The atmosphere was lively but still comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our meal. The restaurant was clean and spacious, making it a great spot for both families and groups.

The food was delicious—especially the pizza and pasta dishes. I chose vegan option and ordered the Mediterranean pizza, pasta and garlic bread and it was loaded with flavor. The portions were good, and everything was served hot and fresh.

My only suggestion would be to consider adding halal options to the menu. It would be a thoughtful addition and would definitely make it more inclusive for people like myself who follow halal dietary requirements. Even just a few clearly marked items would go a long way.

Overall, I’d happily go back and recommend it to others. Great food, great service—just hoping to see more diverse menu options in the future!
