The service was awful. There was only 2 tables at the resturant and the waitress walked by us so many times. When we finally ordered a bowl of soup and some drinks(sold by the can) the soup came before the drinks and the waitress just laughed it off with no apology or care

We were looking forward to our luncheon today for 12 people at 12:00PM which we reserved a week or so ago. We were certainly left scrambling to find a location at the last minute for our family when we discovered you did not open until 1:00. Assuming you had a reason for the last minute delay, I can accept that stuff happens. I can’t say I can understand or will soon forget that you left us high and dry without any notification., party of 12 reserved for 12:00PM, July 4 and Brakish was a no show!

A little out of the way, quiet, the lobster was succulent. The service was excellent as well. Losbter roll to try!

Had the cider and half price tacos on taco Tuesday. Pork pulled tacos were really good. Shrimp and fish also available.

It took 30 minutes for someone to come take a drink order, and another 15 for the food order. We've now been sitting in the sun with my elderly mother for another 45 minutes with not even a glance from a server.

Don't come here unless you have 2 hours to kill.

Waited for over 15 minutes after seating ourselves (no staff seen after waiting and waiting at entrance). No staff ever came to our table after making eye contact with multiple employees. Eventually just left. It was not a busy night whatsoever and the place was definitely open to take tables. If you want business you should probably provide a service.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Were extremely rude, terrible customer service. If I could give something lower than 0 stars I would do so.

Popped in for an evening drink, the sun was out and the patio was great with some live music. The place wasn't busy. However, there were two staff at the entrance doing nothing and at least three staff about in the venue. After about 10 minutes, we still hadn't got served so we left.
