Food was amazing like a home cooked meal, and the lobster chowder was over the top!

I am so amazed for the people at this restaurant and especially Dee. I am home very sick and can’t cook for myself right now so I ordered from a delivery company. I couldn’t see a driver on the app so I called Budleys at the airport in Charlottetown. . They were willing to drop food off at my door. How many restaurants would actually come to your home to give you food without charge ? The driver sent me the wrong delivery so I called to see if I needed to pay a little more for what was delivered to me. Dee answered my call again and even though I told her it was fine she said she was off at 4PM and would drop soup off at my door. I am sincerely, so grateful for her.

Very shameful and predatory practices. Ripping people off with excessive premium pricing for small stingy cheaply made portions of bland basic greasy slop. Shame on you, Budley’s.

We stopped in here for dinner cause my partner was going on an evening flight. It isn't as good as I was hoping for. It was okay for airport food but if you're not flying I wouldn't go out of the way to eat here.

Great customer service. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very helpful.

The servers are exceptional. They never stop. Lots of choice on the menu. Best pan fried fish on PEI.

One of the worst places to get service on PEI. I had my flight delayed 2 days and I went to Budley's to eat some snacks. The east Indian lady there was right off the bat super rude and very unfriendly. She was not willing to check for any more sandwiches on the outside of the security area. I could not get her name but she deserves to be thought and coached some manners and to be pleasant when passengers are already tormented by the airlines for delayed flights.

After being a bit upset with her, I still asked for a coffee and she gave me the worst coffee, very cold and stale milk. Would recommend you eat out or bring some food with you.

The airport and manager should hire good staff. Puts a sour taste after beautiful PEI visit.

Our flight was delayed so we decided to get a "quick" bite to eat at Budley's. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they had gluten free bread so we all ordered sandwiches as we thought it would be a fast option (chicken salad, grilled cheese and a club so nothing too complicated).
It took almost one hour to receive our order. On top of that the gluten free sandwich was the smallest gluten free sandwich anyone in our party had ever seen. It had to be 3" X 3" inches at most. Members of my family couldn't stop laughing it was so ridiculous. I'd be shocked If it took me 20 seconds to eat.
Budely's should either make you aware of the size of the gluten free sandwiches or give you two it was that small. On top of that I didn't get the coleslaw that was supposed to come with the sandwich! Unfortunately we were already through security when I opened it up or I would have taken it back and demanded a refund.
I realize GF options are never the same as regular orders. There's always some compromise but this was absolutely ridiculous. The lessons learned from this experience are : 1) don't place an order at Budely's if you have a flight to catch. It might not get there in time and 2) stay away from the GF sandwiches. The sizes are so small they are ridiculously laughable!
