After first sampling their bagels at a local hotel, we have made a point of picking up fresh bagels from Buns & Things to take home any time we visit Charlottetown, PEI.

Parking: It is a bakery not an eat-in, but they make subs while you wait. Baked goods always fresh and staff very helpful.
Funky smell. It's awfully grotesque how the bakery is infested with maggots but they still sell food! I got chicken box from the chocolate cake. Cake pop = deathly diarrhoea

I can walk to this bakery, and enjoy talking to the staff and Bill the owner. I purchase the diet multigrain bread as a backup to the sourdough bread I make. I also buy the day old buns from the discount rack. I just put it all in my freezer and thaw it out as I need it. If you are in the area check them out. They also have a store nearby for cakes. They sell pre-buttered rolls so you can make your own lobster rolls!
