When you order on the machine, the tap pay keeps failed, when you choose pay at counter, the machine told you go to pickup counter and the pickup counter told you should pay at the other counter first. So bad feeling here, not like before anymore.

What a huge turnaround the glow-up has done to this Restaurant. Feels more modern and current instead of feeling dated. Quality of the food remains the same so burgers are alright but I appreciate the fact that 4/5 the fries were actually hot. Burger King feels back.

I love Burger King usually, wait time was 15 mins through drive through, told us they weren’t taking orders for 10 mins so we went back 10 mins later and they told us they weren’t taking orders for another 5 mins, someone races us to the window and after they ordered they took another 5 mins to take our 3 item order. When we got to the window there was no manners and the girl seemed annoyed with us. I don’t recommend going here past the time they close their dining room because this is the 3rd time now they made us wait 10+ mins to order.
I was very disappointed with my visit. The fries were completely saltless and flavourless. The ice machine was out of order, and all the soft drinks were flat with no carbonation at all. To make matters worse, the mozzarella sticks were bitter and served cold. Overall, the quality and service were far below expectations.

Newly renovated and nice inside but NO WHEELCHAIR/HANDICAP door. Had a broken foot and crutches on my visit and terrible time trying to walk inside.

Love the whopper
this was our first visit to Burger King in a long time and we ordered the whopper meal and a separate whopper. The fries were cold, and the burgers were only warm.

I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and it has fungus on it. Even I sent them photo and also call to them but they don’t do anything, no replacement no refund.
When I took a bite of my burger it tasted rancid and smelled awful. The bottom bun was soggy and soaked with grease as was the paper it was wrapped in and the wrapping had the same awful smell as the burger. I tried to call and complain about the meal and they would answer and hang up. Last time I will ever go to a burger king.

The manager was also very rude.. he had an attitude with me when I asked a question. He shouldn’t be working in fast food if he is gonna be ignorant with people who order. And the staff as well the girl who took my order for a water she wasn’t very pleasant either. Do better Burger King.
my boyfriend ordered a burger he asked if it had mayo on it and was told no got home and there is mayo on it. we tried calling them 6 times but none answers the phone my burger had basically raw bacon on it
I buy food here regularly. Three weeks ago I noticed the hand dryer in the men's bathroom was broken, and there was no alternative. Normally that wouldn't be a big deal but I'm quite surprised they left it broken for 3 weeks and haven't even put a roll of paper towel in there.
