I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and it has fungus on it. Even I sent them photo and also call to them but they don’t do anything, no replacement no refund.

When I took a bite of my burger it tasted rancid and smelled awful. The bottom bun was soggy and soaked with grease as was the paper it was wrapped in and the wrapping had the same awful smell as the burger. I tried to call and complain about the meal and they would answer and hang up. Last time I will ever go to a burger king.

Food was unpleasant it didn’t taste great at all. Felt terribly sick after eating it The manager was also very rude.. he had an attitude with me when I asked a question. He shouldn’t be working in fast food if he is gonna be ignorant with people who order. And the staff as well the girl who took my order for a water she wasn’t very pleasant either. Do better Burger King.

I buy food here regularly. Three weeks ago I noticed the hand dryer in the men's bathroom was broken, and there was no alternative. Normally that wouldn't be a big deal but I'm quite surprised they left it broken for 3 weeks and haven't even put a roll of paper towel in there.

Ordered a veggie burger combo & only one minute away drive from burger king. I felt like i was eating a frozen burger & fries. Cheese was not melted at all. Clearly didn’t cooked anything properly. I couldn’t feel any warmness in the burger & fries. There was no ketchup in the order. Very very unprofessional behaviour fr The staff. This was my first & last time ordering from Burger king. Complete wastage of money.

Wait time of 15 minutes in drive thru at morning 3 am is ridiculous.
The 2 persons literally working there says we are not taking orders for 15 minutes and just sitting in dine in area and gossiping 🗣️
Come on, if you don’t want to serve people, don’t work as simple as that. At least, don’t spoil customer retention for a franchise.
The food is just fair but consistent. The staff are generally unfriendly to the point it feels like you're more of a nuisance than a customer.

Worked a 12 hour day and all I wanted was some mozza sticks with ranch and a jr whopper with stacker sauce to go back to my hotel room, eat and go to bed. Sadly this meal was to be the highlight of my day. They told me they had no stacker sauce, okay fine just gimme a plain ol jr whopper. And I asked for mozza sticks with ranch sauce, get back to my hotel, no ranch sauce, I ate three dry mozza sticks and a sad plain whopper, booo. Fed the last mozza stick to a dog.
