A few weeks ago, we visited this fine restaurant for dinner, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. Upon our arrival, a young server greeted us warmly. I don't remember her name, but it was something like Mety or similar. Now, let me tell you, as someone who has Tourette’s, I’ve grown accustomed to receiving strange looks when I’m out and about. People can be impatient or uncomfortable. When I had my tics while giving her my order, she remained calm, kind, and patient. Even though she was busy tending to other tables, she never once made me feel rushed or different. It was such a rare and heartwarming thing to encounter. She treated me with such respect and kindness, something that truly stood out to me. I was happy with her service that I tipped her extra as a token of my gratitude. She even tried to refuse it, saying it was too much. Of course, I insisted she take it it was well earned. And I mustn’t forget to mention, the food was absolutely wonderful too!

Now, as someone who’s been in the food business myself, I know it’s the service that keeps people coming back. And let me tell you, this was a 10/10 experience in every way. Mark my words, the next time I find myself in Canada or PEI, I’ll surely be returning.

On my almost last bite, mouth full, still chewing... I made the gesture with my hands, meaning, "Sure, yes, take away my plate, why not, I was was almost done after all...."
I was distracted by my phone for 5 seconds to then realise, my glass of wine is gone, as is the remaining in bottle!
I did ask what that was about.
She said she wanted to make sure I did not leave with the bottle.
I am 60, my guest 80. We are not running anywhere with bottles of wine.
She did offer a glass afterwards.
I refused.
Nonsense
Food was delicious.

Médiocre service. Dry fish. No offer on dessert. Had to asl for water. No tablecloth. Had to remind her Coffee was included with the meal. Was surprised we asked for it. Seemed eager to go home.

Good food with good service. It was in the lobby of the hotel and was a bit fancy just because of the decor/music. Prices were very fair, mostly kids menu.

A stylish restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. Even though I didn't have much of an appetite and ordered a small portion, the staff at the restaurant served me kindly. Good store.

Vibe 10/10 service 10/10 and presentation 10/10 but as far as food quality and flavour, I'd struggle to give it a 6/10. It was rather disappointing. From our 7 dishes, the only one we truly enjoyed was the chowder. So some really great things and some not so great :)

We arrived before 18:00 without reservation, were greeted friendly by a lady! There were few tables throughout the night and were all served by the same lady. Having said that, her service was excellent and paid so much attention to our need. She definitely is a bonus to this restaurant!!We ordered seafood chowder and PEI mussels as starters to share. The portion of the mussels was big. They were cooked perfectly. As Mains, we had “Chicken crepe divine” and “scallops, shrimp and green pea risotto”. I personally loved the risotto, it was not those cheesy type but cooked with mint and lemon. If you are kind of person who doesn’t like cheese as much as me, you gotta try this. It was served with 2 seared scallops and 2 shrimps. This place is definitely very kids friendly. They offered 10 choices in the kids menu with very reasonable prices! The only thing I want to mention is “I called twice for reservation but both were in vain”. So at last I decided to walk in. Other than this tiny little hiccup, my overall experience was wonderful (credit went to the lady server)!

Kid-friendliness: They have a very affordable kids menu with 10 choices for lunch/dinner

We stayed at the hotel on Pownal and went to the Chambers restaurant for our dinner. It was excellent! The baked haddock with vegetables was awesome, and the prices were very reasonable.

My mother, her partner, my sister and I dined here before going to the Charlottetown Festival. (we actually went on July 20/22 but I waited a little too long to rate my experience so I had to select September 2022). The meal was so very good that I wanted to complement the chef and the server, Cayleigh. Two of us had the Atlantic Haddock; and my sister had the Farm Meats the Sea. I had Scallop and Shrimp Risotto. We were served very efficiently and the meals were outstanding. The quality of the meal was Five Stars. Thank you!

We ate breakfast and dinner here and both were delicious. Eggs were cooked to perfection, bacon crisp and side fruit was fresh. Our dinners, fish and chips, Caesar salad and shrimp and scallop risotto was delicious and all four meals came out hot. Servers at both meals were efficient and very friendly. We’ll be coming back one more time before leaving for home.
