stopped in to try chatime for the first time on the recommendation of a friend and got a hawaiian fruit tea ... not only was it so tasty and refreshing on such a warm day, but the staff was really friendly and made me feel so welcomed!! will be returning :)

Favourite boba place on PEI and I’ve tried all the other locations, most friendly staff, best tasting drinks, nicest location, best atmosphere. Recommend going in the afternoon after prime hours for chill and quick service, fyi no washroom in this building for public access.

The girl who has short hair and wears glasses blamed us for not checking the bag. No compensation or whatsoever.

Visited Chatime Charlottetown on April 4 and left feeling pretty disappointed. I ordered a drink expecting it cold, but it was made hot instead. When I brought it up, the staff insisted it was my mistake because I said yes to milk—apparently that defaults to hot? I wasn’t aware that the drink came in both hot and cold versions, and as someone new to that detail, I think it’s reasonable to expect staff to clarify before preparing the order.
Instead of acknowledging the misunderstanding, the guy frowned and told me he’d “just put it on his tab” with a tone and look that felt guilt-tripping rather than helpful. He technically made it right by giving me the cold version, but it clearly wasn’t out of genuine customer service—it felt like he was doing me a favour rather than correcting a mistake.
Other bubble tea shops I’ve been to would’ve owned up to the mix-up and fixed it with a smile. Disappointed in how it was handled. A little accountability and better communication would’ve gone a long way.

Worst experince ever with customer services. Girl (short, with spects) at the front was giving the worst attitude and no patience to listen to the customer. They made a mistake with my order by adding pudding to it when I asked not to. After complaining, staff especially the girl at front kept saying they didn't add it when it was clearly vivid in the drink. They refused to make another drink and had to leave there with a drink I can't drink. Hope this concern will be cleared so that other customers don't get treated the same. Thanks!
I like the drinks and the service is very pleasant!! Except this one asian rotund man gives me a stink eye and looks very annoyed. Every other staff member looks lovely!!

I only like bubble tea with pearls. I ordered mango QQ, the staff took my order and said the added topping for this drink is pearls and coconut flavoured jell. I asked for mango flavoured toppings instead of coconut.
They served my drink without pearls.I asked for the missing pearls. The staff handles me felt sorry and informed my concern to the other colleague who looks like an Asian said then cannot add pearls anymore or sell separately. I asked for alternate option before receiving the drink, which I mentioned I can pay any additional price for pearls but they declined my request. I don’t like the drink I received.
I’m very dissatisfied with the service and customer treatment that I received for Charlottetown downtown Chatime store. It would be great if you prioritize customer satisfaction.

I've been drinking your milk tea and it was pretty good until one time there was a greasy, fat man at the front desk. Really disgusting experience! ! Ordered a cup of milk tea. He didn't make the milk tea as requested and was rude and disrespectful to the customers! What do you mean you don’t have time to bother with me? ? The boss also opens a store and doesn’t recruit employees with winking eyes! All cats and dogs can come! It is impossible to come again in the future! Not recommended, not recommended, not recommended!
