It’s COWS just go get an ice-cream from inside the historic building. They also have a large gift shop, just enjoy being a tourist. PS the cones were full to the bottom on just the single scoop. You get a reasonably priced waffle cone with great ice cream! Awesome selection.
Vegetarian options: They have a couple of sherbets to pick from.

The ice creams are good but the quantity is really less but the ones that we get from Great George street park but we do get a good quantity of icecream and its full.
Waited 20 mins in the que to get the ice cream. Definitely worth it. Canada's best? Dont think so. But very good indeed.

Exploring Charlottetown, PEI, while on a cruise stop, and stumbled across this COWS location. I have heard about COWS and was happy to find it. Since it was before lunch, I did not want to eat too much, and I had the fresh strawberry ice cream on a freshly made waffle cone (made in front of me). Now, I’ve had great ice cream and gelato around the world, and COWS ice cream is right up there with the best. And, our granddaughter loves the “Mooey” shirt, and the “The cows in the bus go Moo, Moo, Moo” t-shirt.

Delicious flavours. Scoops a bit small if you’re used Kawartha’s.

PEI blueberry🫐♡♡♡
Please come to Japan!
This ice cream shop is the only place where it’s socially acceptable to eat five scoops and still call it “self-care.” Their flavors range from classic vanilla to concoctions like “Moo Crunch,” which I’m pretty sure was invented by a wizard on a sugar high. The staff is so friendly, they make you feel less guilty about ordering a waffle cone the size of your head. It’s the kind of place where the brain freeze is totally worth the emotional healing. If you leave without sprinkles, you’re doing life wrong.
