The last time that I was visiting PEI was over 25 years ago. One of the most memorable moments/places at that time was coming to cows for ice cream (multiple times). I got my chance this past week and it was as memorable as before. This location is in downtown Charlottetown in a busy tourist area. Staff are friendly, lots of ice cream flavors to choose from with souvenirs and clothing to buy. I've been to 4 cows locations in 3 different provinces so far and I hope to see west coast ones soon too...

Delicious ice cream with good variety of flavors but I had to give 4 stars as we went to Holmans in Summerside the day before and it was even better.

By far the BEST waffle cones i have ever had. They are made right on site. The ice cream is fantastic. Service is great very professional and friendly.
We enjoyed this smaller and quieter experience at the Quay, with a nice staff. The PEI strawberry was to die for.

I loved their ice cream, especially Gooey Mooey and strawberry. There is a big cow statue right outside, a good point to snap few pictures. I also shopped a few T-shirts and earrings for my daughters from their gift shop. Would love to visit Cows again.

Cows Ice Cream is really good. You won't just go once to a place like this, you go multiple times. Usually has a line up, but it is well worth the 10 minute wait.
