I enjoyed Crafter’s burger love offering tonight with a friend, along with a side of onion rings. The burger was well done and I enjoyed it. While not a show stopper, I’d certainly recommend it my friends as a good example of a burger to try during burger love here on the island.I quite enjoyed the rings and the chipotle dip. Completely forgetting to dip them in ketchup or honey as is my usual habit. In fact, if I went back tomorrow I’d ask for extra sauce.

We had lunch here today. The fries were fabulous as they should be in the potato capital. I had the Southern Fried Sammy chicken was plain and really tough. I ordered a gravy which I was told was beef and delicious not brown or delicious. Hubby had the Boss Hog, ribs were good, the pulled pork dry. We also waited 20 minutes for Caesar drinks that just were not good, I couldn’t finish mine even. Would we return not a chance.

Placed an order for 2 burgers, onion rings and fries at 6:25pm for delivery. Was told food would be here within 45 minutes, which is understandable being that burger love had just started and that the weather isn't great. Here at 7:54pm, 5 minutes before they close still no food. Called the first time and was told that the driver was "on their way". Great, expected food to be here in 15 minutes from then. Nope, called back with 10 minutes prior to closing and was told that our food was being remade because the driver hadn't even shown up the store yet. Almost and hour and forty five minutes after placing an order we have no food, were lied to and are going to bed shortly. I know it's not crafter's that is running the delivery, but this is utterly ridiculous and unacceptable. Also had to pre tip the driver, which I will not do again in the future.

Amazing food, the smokehouse chicken was too die for and the burgers were full of flavour. The staff was super friendly and service was quick. We almost walked past this place, but we are so happy we didn’t.

Food was good. Had macaroni balls and a beef brisket sandwich. The portion sizes were quite generous.

Ordered delivery from Crafters for the first time and was extremely disappointed. Ordered the Best of Both Worlds for my girlfriend’s son’s birthday dinner. I was on my way home from work when I got several texts from my girlfriend saying the food had arrived but it was only the fries. She thought for a moment that perhaps the driver had more to come and waited by the door. He got into his car and drove off. She checked the bag and it was just the order of fries. She immediat

This little spot has some flavour - packed food. Their French Melt burger is soooo good I eat it in small bites to make it last longer. I've had the best quesadilla here too but it seems they've taken it off the menu. Their soup is excellent as well. You definitely need to stop here at least once if you're in Charlottetown.
Staff are professional and pleasant. Food is delicious and price is fair. I've eaten here many times.

Crafters is one of the several restaurants participating in the April Meat and Babaydas food event. Their offering is an 8oz flank steak cooked to perfect and beautifully smoked. Steak is served with potato pancakes. This dish was incredibly delicious. Hope they consider keeping it on the menu! I had the vegetarian burger with a side salad. Black bean burger tiled with guacamole and salsa and was also very good. Unfortunately (or perhaps fortunately) they were out of both our desert choices (pecan tart and bread pudding). Crafters and the adjoining Thai restaurant are owned by Famous Peppers (our go to pizza). We picked up the Thai take out menu assuming the Famous Peppers quality would extend to this restaurant as well. We didn't reserve and were able to be seated. Busy takeout business as well.

We had the platter for four .The food could easily feed six. Best brisket and ribs on P.E.I. the service was slow, it looks like they were understaffed. While there we saw a stream of takeout orders leaving
