I went through the drive-through today and I ordered Six piece Chicken strip combo And a small cone It came out 223 So I offer receipt and it said that Small cone was five dollars And the cone looked like a little blob of ice cream On a stale cone As someone who used to come here a lot when prices were cheaper and customer service was better I'm very disappointed. Think I'll stop at McDonald's and grab an ice cream I know they don't disappoint
I called the store to ask—very politely—if there was any way I could order a Banana Split, since it’s not on DoorDash. Instead of explaining or saying something like, “I’m really sorry, we can’t do that,” the person just said “no.”
No explanation, no warmth.
I totally understand if something’s not available—but the way you say it matters. I didn’t feel like a valued customer at all. Please consider being a bit more kind when responding, even when the answer is no.
It’s a shame how downhill this Dairy Queen has gone. SO disrespectful and rude to customers. They judge your appearance before they decide if they will serve you or not. I have seen WAY too many public post regarding the same issues about the Charlottetown location. Flip the blizzards and do your job- SERVING PEOPLE.
Very rude I asked if it was a plane burger and I got told very rudely it was a cheeseburger but we took the cheese off for you she rolled her eyes and made hand movements in her face she was just unbelievably rude should not be allowed around customers at all we were told to go wait for our food in the drive through when we did she came up to the passenger winder and handed it to us with attitude very rude don’t know if she is just having a bad day but even if you are working with customers service you should at least act like you want to be there because you are getting payed to be there so put on a happy face and deal with it unbelievable we where there around 8pm just not good service at all
the past two times i have gone the service has been horrible. taking around thirty minutes for my food and then proceeding to tell me i need to leave before my food was even out yet because the inside was closed. the staff also speaks very rudely to their customers and makes my experience very un enjoyable.
Terrible service horrible food and poor management ! Strongly would not recommended !! Save yourself the time and trouble !!

Service in drive thru was poor and store manager was very rude.
Just went to the drive through on March 22, 2025 at 5:35PM. Indian girl served us, we asked for light brownie chunks in my blizzard, but instead I got the regular serving amount. She also didn’t give us any napkins and when we asked she threw the napkins in the car.
Drive through took 10 mins, staff we chatting and giggling with each other. Will not come back at this location.

If you order chicken strips you better expect to wait. I don't know if they are just too cheap to have strips ready or what but they never have them ready to go
Lately the service really sucks!! There is 1 Indian girl, she's short and wears glasses. I've not managed to get her name yet. She is extremely rude and never has a smile on her face. Typically she works evenings when I go in. Last night I ordered 2 blizzards through the app and went in to the pick up counter to get them. There were 3 employees behind the counter and every one ignored me. I think they were playing rock paper scissors possibly. They all looked at me but made no attempt to help me. 😡 I'm still standing there waiting for someone to help me when a door dash type of driver showed up behind me... Then enters the rude Indian girl. I showed her my order on my phone and all she did was raise her finger at me like telling me to wait. She proceeded to ignore me and help the delivery driver before me. She finished helping him then she walked away. 😡 She came back after a couple of minutes and asked my name. I told her then she left and came back to tell me they were just being made and walked away. I waited about 25 minutes from the time I ordered them till I finally got them. This is not the first time I have had trouble with the same very rude Indian girl. One day I will get her name and report her to the Martins. This person should not be the face of Dairy Queen in Charlottetown PEI She really should be terminated from the employ of Dairy Queen... I know many others I have spoke with that say the same things about the very rude never smiling and certainly not even close to being helpful Indian girl that works there...
Went through drive-thru ordered Chicken strip basket… got home no fries in the basket. I called and had to go through 3 different people to find someone who spoke English. Then told no manager on duty until the evening. No such thing as diversity here folks. Check your meals always! Service has gone downhill.
No one uses gloves and a bonnet in the kitchen. I don't think I'll ever eat it again.
They didn’t put the cheese on the burger they had bun condiments cheese lettuce tomato burger bun 🤦🏼♀️🤬so disgusting
