Our server went over every dinner option with a huge smile and was very positive. Would definitely recommend Devlin's to anyone. The have a wine Somali who was incredibly knowledgeable to any wine on the menu.

I went out last night with four of my girlfriends and we had the most wonderful dinner at this charming country bistro. The ambiance was warm and beautiful, cozy without feeling crowded, and perfect for a night out. Our server, Karen, was fantastic: friendly, attentive, and genuinely lovely to chat with. I started with the oysters, which were fresh and delicious, and followed with the filet served with garlic mashed potatoes and root vegetables. Everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavour. The wine selection was excellent as well, and paired beautifully with our meals. Overall, it was such a lovely evening from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Service - Pleasant, informative server. Overall happy other than having dirty dishes sitting for 10+mins at end of meal. Food- Bread service and Caesar salad-great! Perch- Good. Ribeye w/fries- steak nice, but unfortunately the side of onions &mushrooms was not “on the side” but dumped over the steak so whatever crust may have been on meat was now a soggy mess. Ambience - made reservations 4 weeks out and were sested in bar side so very noisy with shaker going constantly 12' away. Ask to sit in dining room.

Stepped out for a double bday celly within our group of 3 couples Sat night. Enjoyed am early seating in their little side room off the back tables area. Quaint setting for us to enjoy a leisurely dinner with awesome range of appies, bread bowl is a love charity touch , entries and wine recommendations too. All happy with our variety of food choices , delicious desserts to top it off so everyone well served and well fed too !! Lovely meal - food is amazing! Staff are all great except the newer wine connoisseur, he has got to go! Beware- he is obnoxiously loud & overly friendly! Just not my type of person - actually ruined our evening out, we didn't order wine as we didn't feel like talking with him again! Overall, Devlin's nails it every time.

I recently dined at Devlins, and the highlight of the entire experience was the exceptional service provided by Karen. From the moment we were seated, she struck the perfect balance of warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness. Karen made us feel genuinely welcome, taking the time to offer thoughtful recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and her friendly personality added so much to the atmosphere. Throughout the meal, she checked in at just the right moments, always with a smile and a sincere interest in making our visit enjoyable. It's rare to come across someone who elevates a dining experience simply through the care they put into their work, but Karen did exactly that. If you're heading to Devlins, I truly hope you have the pleasure of being served by Karen. She's an absolute asset to the restaurant, and I'll definitely be returning thanks to her outstanding service

I have dinned here many times and this was by far the most disappointing. We were a party of 6 expecting an intimate dinning experience which was anything but. Another table behind us was obnoxiously loud, making it difficult for our table to even carry a conversation across from one another. It's disappointing that the staff would not have asked them to keep their voices down. They were sold out of one of the specials at 6:15 in the evening. Bread was late getting to the table (had we not asked it may not have shown) Meals were good not excellent but good. Host staff and wait staff were great. Grateful for the cheesecake... however they acknowledged one birthday, not the two that we were celebrating. Bit embarrassing. For the price, I'm not sure that we would return.

Our service was exceptional but several dishes were just not good, especially for the price point. Four of ten diners in our party chose the burger, and not one person finished it, each person specifically complaining about the unappealing flavour. Two people chose the scallops and pork, both expressed disappointment at five total bites of protein in a dish priced over $50. Both reported the dish was covered in pepper, masking all other flavours. The two people that chose the surf & turf wellington both declined to finish it and expressed disappointment, indicating they wished they'd ordered something else. I wanted to like this place more. The private room was wonderful. The service was truly excellent. I definitely won't be returning.
