I went through the Harvey’s drive-thru in the evening and had a genuinely great experience, all thanks to NAVJOT! She answered through the speaker sounding warm, polite, and very patient as I took a moment to decide. She made a few helpful suggestions, which I really appreciated, and she made sure to repeat my order to get everything just right. When I pulled up to the window, she greeted me with a big smile and a positive attitude that instantly stood out. My order was hot, fresh, and perfectly made. Went through the drive thru on May 28/25 and had exceptional service from an employee named Danica. She was clear, precise and even tried to upsell our order however her manner of speaking and the way she covered every detailed made us appreciate her skills. If there was an award for great drive thru service she would be a top contender.
