Healthy, succulent and nourishing, that's what I could say about the Hojo's sushi burrito that you absolutely have to try. Known for their authentic Japanese cuisine, they took a classic Japanese dish and gave it a new American inspiration (despite its Mexican name, the sushi burrito was first created in San Francisco in 2008).
