This is probably my favorite Charlottetown restaurant. Not only for the quality, but for the imaginative approach to the menu and the variety it offers. This food is just always tasty. Almost always drool worthy, in fact. Today we finally tried the Eggs Benedict Pancake breakfast. It was truly amazing, crispy pancake and peameal bacon with tomato, a lovely, light Benny sauce and poached egg, perfect.

We just had a great time at Hopyard, amazing food and beer. What sets this restaurant apart from the other places in Charlottetown is the unique menu that changes monthly. The choices are eclectic (in a good way; kimchi poutine!) and offer a chance to taste a variety of dishes that all look appealing. They play vinyl records and you have an opportunity to select the music during your meal! Overall, highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed!
