Just came from here for lunch. Dirty, no napkins, washroom closed to public so we can’t wash our hands. Donair was subpar, old pita and sauce too sweet. Will not be back and tempted to call for a food inspection!

Jack’s Pizza is the best. Great service and great food that is affordable. The cashier was the cherry on top with his service. He made sure I received a fresh, hot pizza.

It was a good donair. I personally prefer the meat a bit crispier, restaurant did not appear to be very clean.
I’d order from here again but wouldn’t be my first choice.

The pizza and garlic bread were both amazing!! We came a little late and all the staff were very kind to let us eat inside so we didn’t have to stay in the cold. The food, along with the service means we will definitely be coming back!!

the food was miserable my son got food poisoning all we did was order one slice not only was it 7$.My son ended up barfing from this pizza👿.Even if this was the last place on earth where I could get food I still wouldn't eat here because I would die anyway.I requested a refund and they refused me.After 2 minutes it smelt horid like a dead animal.

We ordered a pizza from them last minute before they closed they kindly waited for us , and gave us amazing service and the man working that day was incredibly kind !

Pizza use to be good here. It was the first time ive ever had a dry pizza. Was there not long after we ordered it. Wont he eating here again unfortunately 40$ for sub par pizza. Frozen pizza is better

If you feel like waiting almost 2 hours for cold pizza this is your place. Nobody is willing to take ownership of their mistakes

Delivery took An hour and a half to get a donair that cost me 22 bucks terrible

Ordered from here recently. Had fond memories of the pizza being pretty good here and my partner had never tried it so we decided we'd give it a go.

We ordered online and were told it would be ready in 20 minutes, great. Fast forward we go to pick up our order shortly after the 20 minutes has passed but the worker seemed confused, looked at the tablet/orders and saw it. The order was never even started/acknowledged apparently, was told we would have to wait another 15 minutes (so about 40 minutes for us to actually get our order). Meanwhile the place was not at all busy from what we could tell.

The worker apologized, which I appreciate and having worked in customer service myself I could have understood if the place was very busy, but this was not the case and definitely hampered the overall experience.

Food was pretty decent, not exactly what I remember but still not bad pizza/garlic fingers. Was a little bit crisp/burnt on certain edges, price was good for the amount of food.
