This is the SLOWEST fast food restaurant in the world! The owners should be very disappointed in the staff the work here as none of them seem motivated to work customer service! If you live in Charlottetown, avoid this KFC and just go to McDonalds or Wendy’s if you want to eat out.

This place has gone so far down hill, it is so sad to see! It’s not infrequent to have to sit at an empty speaker for 5-10minutes I have driven up to the window to have to order with no sign on the speaker. Food can be hit or miss. Last night the chicken was so greasy it ate through the box and the paper bag. The worst part has been the staff they just don’t seem to give a toss anymore.

I’m just leaving St Peter’s Rd location. No such thing as customer service. No welcome, no- can I help you. Just YES. No thank you your order in just a minute. Just cold stares. No ice in machine. Advise counter, no verbal, just a cup of ice. More cold stares. No, thank you, just thrust the bag on the counter. Worst f’n customer service ever. I will not, I repeat, I will not return.
