Coming to this restaurant I feel the cozy and warmhearted servers.
The food is delicious and the amount of each plate is big enough.
Especially the western food the juicy is amazing
Ordering in this restaurant enjoyable and pleasant.
The dining room also have some light music or rhythm 🤔 it's good environment.

I have tried ordering from this restaurant three times, and all three the meals never arrived, were not ready for pickup. Or in today’s case the chef missed the order completely, though confirmed it on the app. Just horrible customer service.

Service was okay. We visited on Oct 18th and when we went in at 830 pm all the windows in the restaurant were open and it was freezing. The food was awful!! We didn’t get a dish we ordered, but something else instead and the cherry sauce for the chicken balls was terrible!! It tasted like ketchup and when I asked what it was , the waitress said cherry sauce and I asked if there was ketchup in it and she said “ yes we do put ketchup in it some “ I am pretty sure a 1.5 L bottle was used!! I would NOT recommend this place to a human or any other living species.

Terrible service - no buffet as advertised- took forever for our order to be taken - no wine - evidently their order dust not come in - no spring rolls - rice was cold - will not gi back.

I've been making my way through the vegetarian menu. There is way more vegetarian selection here than any other Chinese food I've seen. I didn't verify if they truly keep out non veg ingredients .

Some of the veggie options have been misses like the lemon chicken was good for a few bites but it's like a tempura kind of batter lumps so it becomes tiresome like eating soggy bread.

Any dishes full of vegetables, rice, or noodles have been delicious. The portions large and fresh tasting. Of course they are using ingredients available locally.

The service can be very quick when they aren't busy.

The vibe and decor leaves something to be desired but I'm not that fussy.

The fish tank is sad seems like too many fish and no enrichment at all.

I ordered takeout for 5 people August 18th 2025 I first checked out their reviews and it sounded like Islanders like their food. I was completely surprised everyone liked everything, Egg rolls, General Tao Chicken, Lemon Chicken, Cantonese Chow Mein egg noodles excellent good tasting food Cliff McEwen

The food is ok, but not the greatest. The service is very slow during our dining experience around 4pm. There’s only one table beside us. We ordered two chicken dishes and one fish.

Come here about 740ish in the evening for dinner. We ordered roast duck、Shanghai noodle with chicken and large wonton soup. Absolutely delicious! The roast duck was the best we’ve ever had, the chicken was tender and flavorful, and the wonton soup was a generous portion and incredibly tasty. Highly recommend!
