Food is poor quality for price. Not well prepared, or presented. Tasteless vegetables, overcooked tough chicken , and same for lobster. Would not recommend or return. Disappointing dining experience

Got a table outside right away. Great views.
Ordered pretty fast and hot oysters to start followed by the lobster roll. The oysters were great and I like the green horseradish sauce.
The lobster roll was a disappointment. The least amount of lobster I have ever received on a roll. I noticed you can add more lobster for a few and thought to myself, where would you put the extra lobster, because every roll I have had ever is filled and there is no room for more lobster.
Lobster roll is not worth it at this restaurant.

We had an uncomfortable experience with one of the servers during our visit.

First, when she asked if we had finished eating, we said we hadn’t. But less than five minutes later, she came back to ask again, which made us feel rushed and uneasy.
Second, while she was clearing the plates, I thought she couldn’t reach one of them, so I helped by stacking it onto the large plate she was holding. After asking if we still needed the sauce, she told me to stack that too. I assumed she couldn’t manage it, so I helped again. But then she proceeded to clear the utensils near the sauce herself, which made me feel awkward and uncomfortable.
Third, due to the above interactions, we decided to adjust the tip amount. However, when we were paying at the table, the server stood right next to us and stared directly at the card machine without stepping away, which felt very intrusive.

All of these moments combined made us feel quite tense and unwelcome.

That said, the 2lb lobster was absolutely delicious—especially the bright red roe in the head, which was rich and flavorful.

Also, we initially thought the server at our table was the same person who took our order, since she had checked in with us two or three times during the meal and asked how everything was going. That made the experience toward the end even more confusing and disappointing.

One of the worst restaurant meals we've ever had. Tasteless crab cakes, soggy fried fish, weak cocktails. Everything tasted like pre-made frozen food that was thrown in the fryer. The service was good, but don't waste your money here.

The umbrellas and heavy wind took the table off the ground and it was a miracle my drink didn't spill

We had dinner at Lobster On The Wharf and it felt like the PEI meal I’d been craving. Laid-back waterfront vibes, friendly staff, and that salty breeze set the mood before the food even arrived. We went classic with the lobster dinner—sweet, tender, perfectly cooked—and did the full “butter-drip silence” at the table. The chowder was rich without being heavy, and the mussels tasted like they’d just come out of the bay. Service was upbeat and patient, happy to explain sizes and market prices, and they kept things moving even when it got busy. It’s casual, family-friendly, and exactly the kind of place where you linger a little longer to watch the boats. Pro tip: go early or book ahead at peak times, and don’t skip the warm rolls for dunking in that garlic butter. We left full, happy, and already talking about a return visit.

The table was not set when we got there. Very slow service, service . The food was just ok. Salad was very plain with very plain croutons. Very appropriate place with a toddler.

Apps were good, kids enjoyed their food, adult entrees not so much. Didn't sit well, but service was lovely.
