Service was amazing! The staff were really nice and helped me get exactly what I wanted. Their red oil dumplings were perfect, sauce is on the sweeter side. I would definitely recommend and would return to this restaurant.

I am giving this review because I was asked to by the man in the restaurant. When we walked in and were ushered to a digital menu to take our order. We just wanted to sit and relax and order with a menu. The prices seem Ok until you order something and realize you have to add your protein on separately. Also I didn’t get the noodles I wanted but I don’t ask for new food once I get it. The food was not good. it seemed like someone trying to make Thai food for the first time. Also the chicken in the Pad Thai was deli pressed chicken. For the price and amount of chicken I would think it would be small pieces of one chicken. I recently had much better in Halifax for less than half the price. Two items and two drinks for $44. I won’t be back. I’ll check out the other Thai place down the road. Also one more thing, when I’m putting my own order in to a machine because I was told to, why does it ask me how much I want to tip? I hadn’t seen any food or sat down and I’m being asked to give extra money for nothing.

Mad Wok has delicious food and an excellent staff! Everyone is very nice, the prices are competitive, and the sitting area is ornamented with beautiful red umbrellas. The menu is large, there is a lot to choose from. Their chicken dumplings are amazing!

Been a while since I had MadWok! Wasn't to sure if I wanted to take the chance because some of the reviews from the last few months kinda point to things going downhill!
I found the service lacking. On the phone I asked to remove one veggie and just get extra veggies. THEY DIDNT ADD MORE BROCOLLI AS I ASKED FOR LESS OF ONE VEGGIE MORE BROCOLI INSTEAD. BARLEY ANY BROCOLI IN MY DISH TO BEGIN WITH!!!!!!!!!!
They didn't have my old dish so I tried something new. It was pretty good other then that it seems the employees don't follow simple instructions!
Will give them another shot soon. the people on tonight just kinda sucked.
The dude at the counter didn't even notice me when I came in to busy being on his dumb phone instead of being ready to wait on me.
If it wasn't for the shity service, I would rate higher, maybe even tip if they cared about their customers more and could follow simple instructions!

I have tried their General Tao Chicken and it is very tasty! It has the right amount of sweetness and tangy flavor, and lots of vegetables too. They have a good customer service as well.

Few months ago I went to this restaurant, and I ordered a rice, however, they prepared the wrong dish, so they let me to take a bottle of drink for free. When I finished my meal, they asked me to leave a good review and said “this mango juice is so pricy, you took the advantage”. I am speechless, so I decided to share this with people.(I was mad at that time but I don’t have an available good account to do so)

I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty the stir-fry options were here. The portions are generous, and everything is cooked right in front of you. I love the variety of ingredients to choose from, and dish Mad Chow Mein is the perfect kick. A definite must-try if you're a stir-fry fan

I’m so glad I found this place! The stir-fry bowls are super customizable, and everything always tastes fresh and delicious. Perfect for a quick lunch or dinner, and it’s very reasonably priced for the quality. Definitely recommend the black pepper sauce with chicken and veggies—so good!
