Been a while since I had MadWok! Wasn't to sure if I wanted to take the chance because some of the reviews from the last few months kinda point to things going downhill!
I found the service lacking. On the phone I asked to remove one veggie and just get extra veggies. THEY DIDNT ADD MORE BROCOLLI AS I ASKED FOR LESS OF ONE VEGGIE MORE BROCOLI INSTEAD. BARLEY ANY BROCOLI IN MY DISH TO BEGIN WITH!!!!!!!!!!
They didn't have my old dish so I tried something new. It was pretty good other then that it seems the employees don't follow simple instructions!
Will give them another shot soon. the people on tonight just kinda sucked.
The dude at the counter didn't even notice me when I came in to busy being on his dumb phone instead of being ready to wait on me.
If it wasn't for the shity service, I would rate higher, maybe even tip if they cared about their customers more and could follow simple instructions!

I have tried their General Tao Chicken and it is very tasty! It has the right amount of sweetness and tangy flavor, and lots of vegetables too. They have a good customer service as well.

Few months ago I went to this restaurant, and I ordered a rice, however, they prepared the wrong dish, so they let me to take a bottle of drink for free. When I finished my meal, they asked me to leave a good review and said “this mango juice is so pricy, you took the advantage”. I am speechless, so I decided to share this with people.(I was mad at that time but I don’t have an available good account to do so)

I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty the stir-fry options were here. The portions are generous, and everything is cooked right in front of you. I love the variety of ingredients to choose from, and dish Mad Chow Mein is the perfect kick. A definite must-try if you're a stir-fry fan

I’m so glad I found this place! The stir-fry bowls are super customizable, and everything always tastes fresh and delicious. Perfect for a quick lunch or dinner, and it’s very reasonably priced for the quality. Definitely recommend the black pepper sauce with chicken and veggies—so good!

I always loved it, went there at least once a week. Last week I noticed they reduced the sizes significantly. I went in to order pickup, waited and left home when they gave me the order, when I got home I noticed they gave me the wrong order so I called on the phone (a few months back this happened and they offered to send the correct order directly to my house). This time they asked me to go in to pick it up, but said that I could keep what they had mistakenly given me. When I arrived, they acted as if though they didn’t remember the phone call, I had to explain myself several times since they kept questioning me, ended up saying the policy was to return the incorrect order ( I think they didn’t believe me). Luckily I did bring the incorrect order with me so I took it from my car and showed them, they even argued that everything in the order was correct except for the base (they gave me rice instead of noodles, also it was missing 2 of the veggies I asked for). They finally said they would prepare it again but that they would keep the incorrect order. I respectfully let them know that usually, when a restaurant makes a mistake like this, they let you keep the order or give you some sort of discount, at least a sincere apology. The guy who took the container looked at me and turned around without responding to me, I just asked for the money back and left, the girl who spoke to me over the phone seemed ashamed but the other guy wasn’t being too nice to her, blaming her for telling me I could keep the order over the phone. Anyways…long story short, it was very bad customer service, I hope it was a one time thing because I really like the place and it left me not wanting to go back.

I came in at 9:15pm with three friends, wanting to order. A worker there told us they had some orders to prepare, and it would take 25 minutes before they could get to our orders, and that it would be too close to closing time (10pm), so they didn't want to serve us.

This was my favourite place to eat. We would work in town and go here like 3 times in a week. Two weeks ago we went and it was wayyy to salty but i figured meh whatever. This week we went twice at lunch time (noon) to be told it will take 40min BOTH times. Done with this place. Never going back. Really really sucksBeen a few times and the staff were arguing or one song is just on repeat (one time we listened to island in the sun by weezer like 12 times and one time is was american pie by don mclean like 6 times)The food is also very inconsistent. I order the same thing everytime and besides the pre-mentioned salt inconsistencies sometimes you get Broccoli, sometimes you get bean sprouts sometimes you get something different. The fried dumplings are the best (when they have them)Tbh for the price i would expect better
