I think google needs to add 0 stars and middle finger emoji just for these guys. Its been 2 damn days straight i have been ordering same double filet. had to come back because something is always missing and after you get your replacement there’s something else missing. But what you will never miss is attitude in the staff.

Just a typical McDonald's. They tend to make lots of mistakes here, not sure if it's just a lack of training or just they don't care what they put out the door.

We ordered Quarter BLT and there was no lettuce or tomato. Instead of apologizing, they were rude and forced us to give back the burger that i already took a bite of. I went there at around 1 and it was not busy at all for that to make an excuse for them. Very poor service, would never ever go back. Terrible customer
This was a very fast-paced McDonalds, which is inside the gas station. We were in Charlottetown on vacation, visiting close family. We made a quick stop as our 10 yr old grandaughter was (in her words) starving to death..haha..so we happened to notice this McDonalds almost right away. We went inside to order, and surprisingly, though it was busy, we had our order taken and received fairly quickly. The whole place was very clean, and everyone was polite and ready to serve. Nice to know that it is there for future visits, especially when you have starving children..LoL..

Just got off a plane at Charlottetown airport. Went home to get my car and head off to McDonald’s. . Hadn’t eaten for hours an was looking forward to something, I didn’t have to cook. When I got home took burger and fries out. Thinking that they had spilled out, I checked the bag. Nothing….they gave me not even half the usual fries. Does McDonalds even check their reviews? Think next time off to A & W, for the first time, Not worth wasting gas to go in and complain. K. Brennan
