I had an unpleasant experience at this McDonald’s location. I politely asked for a bag for my order, but the staff member (Kelly)responded with attitude and handed me a tray instead. Even after I explained that I needed a bag, she continued to act rude and made faces at me. When I told her she was being rude, she replied, “you too,” which I found very unprofessional and disrespectful. As a paying customer, I expected basic courtesy. I hope management addresses this so others don’t have the same experience.

I ordered a hot coffee and it was cold.When asked to hear it up,they said that the milk was cold so the coffee became cold too.When asked if they could microwave it they said they couldn't.Absolute nonsense,they could have just heat up the milk too.I don't if the problem is the McDonald's policies or the person itself.

This was the most dirty, disgusting McDonalds we have ever been to. You couldn’t see the floor for trash and old food trampled into the floor. Burgers were dried out. Couldn’t complain about the service because there wasn’t any. We were very disappointed. The staff clearly did not care about the condition of the restaurant. We will not be back to this location!

I requested for the different bun, but they refused. Even though I was ready to pay extra but someone from the kitchen refused. They manager(sandra) at the front was nice and girl too but someone from the back declined. I can not come here anymore........

Happy meal crispy chicken just near $6 including fries, apple juice , crispy chicken wrap and strawberry yoghurt.
They gave us frozen donuts and proceeded to argue that they are allowed to sell frozen donuts to customers lol. Should add it was the manager who believes this is acceptable

They don’t know how to make sundae fudge. Yesterday, i order sundae fudge and they put just a little amount of fudge in it and asked her again to put some more it still the same.

Ordered for 2 sundae fudge today and it seems the fudge was like half of the full pump for both of my cups. Also, the package was not sealed enough that left the bag half-opened. The soda cups were not even full of my drinks. Just forgot to take photos of those but hopefully next time this will be corrected even if it’s not for me but for the other clients as well.
