Manager was freaking out.....when a customer stated there is 5 ppl in line.....the crew trainer told the customers they had to wait while he chatted with the manager and waited to pack uber eats meals that werent even ready.....instead of taking any orders when I asked to speak with the manager and I asked for his name he freaked out said no told me to leave.....smh pathetic ill be contacting you're franchise owner.....

Was in there today and ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches. I got my coffee , I was told to sit down and Harlem ( or whatever her name is) will bring the food to me. I waited 15 min...nothing...I asked her again...she said they're still preparing them.6 other people got there food before me.i asked for a refund and she was really ignorant. This is a fast food restaurant...it can't be that hard to make two sandwiches....I don't have time for that because I have to work. This is totally unacceptable and I will call cooperate...and by the way...why are there no canadians working anymore? Customer Totally sucks...

I can't rate the food because they wouldn't serve me any 15 min before closing, drinks only , I got my drink , cashier followed me out and locked the gate at 9:50 pm , open till 10 but not really

I had an unpleasant experience at this McDonald’s location. I politely asked for a bag for my order, but the staff member (Kelly)responded with attitude and handed me a tray instead. Even after I explained that I needed a bag, she continued to act rude and made faces at me. When I told her she was being rude, she replied, “you too,” which I found very unprofessional and disrespectful. As a paying customer, I expected basic courtesy. I hope management addresses this so others don’t have the same experience.

I ordered a hot coffee and it was cold.When asked to hear it up,they said that the milk was cold so the coffee became cold too.When asked if they could microwave it they said they couldn't.Absolute nonsense,they could have just heat up the milk too.I don't if the problem is the McDonald's policies or the person itself.

This was the most dirty, disgusting McDonalds we have ever been to. You couldn’t see the floor for trash and old food trampled into the floor. Burgers were dried out. Couldn’t complain about the service because there wasn’t any. We were very disappointed. The staff clearly did not care about the condition of the restaurant. We will not be back to this location!
I requested for the different bun, but they refused. Even though I was ready to pay extra but someone from the kitchen refused. They manager(sandra) at the front was nice and girl too but someone from the back declined. I can not come here anymore........
