I don't know if it was because of the time I went there, but there was no life... just a couple was there and the staff.
Nevertheless, I enjoyed the potato n leek soup with the biscuit. That was good. The fettuccine is also okay but could do with more depth of flavor...it bordered on being a bit bland.
The server was very nice... love her bubbly personality.

We just spent the weekend in Charlottetown and The Pilot House was my favorite experience by far for our family of 3. The service was so good that I asked the server her name because I knew I needed to publicly give her kudos for how great she was. Elizabeth was so friendly and accommodating. Our meals were so good, the wine was good and all around it was just worth every penny spent. Thank you so much Pilot House and Elizabeth especially. What a gem she is!

This is our go-to place. We went here for our first date 18 years ago and have been going there for our anniversary almost every year since. We also go several other times a year.
I had the carrot 🥕 cake. It was a standout!! I almost get the chicken crepes and Ceasar salad. They never let me down. My husband had the fish tacos. He was quite vocal about how much he enjoyed them.

Fantastic meal at the Pilot House. There were nine of us and everyone had an exactly what they ordered, food was hot, beer was cold, service great.

We hadn't been to The Pilot house in over a year, it doesn't seem like we'll be going back anytime soon - we expected a tastier meal. One had the Buddha Bowl - a nice bowlful of food but not saucy enough. Another had fish n chips, there are way better fish n chips out there than this, quite bland and a lot of batter, the other item ordered was a burger and fries, again, nothing special about the burger, did not eat all the fries. Sort of disappointing!

We are so glad we dined here during our trip! The food and atmosphere were delightful.
If I could give more than 5⭐ I would. My mom and I were in Charlottetown for a week and ate here 3 times. It was just so good! We didn't want to try anywhere else and be disappointed missing an amazing meal we could have had at Pilot House. The food was incredible - we tried a few different dishes and everything was excellent. The staff were great. Highly recommend!

I had the Chicken (crispy chicken roulade, herbs, garlic, pesto cream, mashed potatoes, green beans and carrots). I'm glad I tried it. The chicken was so tasty and prepared beautifully. The vegetables were seasoned and very good. The beans tasted fresh picked. Service was wonderful too (friendly and knowledgeable). It was a busier evening and the staff was all smiles. We'll be back!

We dropped in, not expecting too much, but was surprised the food was fabulous. If I had another day in town I would go back. Try the date desert.
