Overall, the food, service and drinks were great. Dog friendly on the outside patio. Scallop dinner had like 5 scallops, mostly potatoes for $42. I had to call three times before the manager called me back to make reservations for our party of 7.

We had an amazing experience at this restaurant. First of all, we arrived pretty close to the closing, yet, the waitress was super kind with us, it was one of the most welcoming waitresses that I’ve ever had (I think her name was Emma). We ordered fish and chips as well as a haddock fried in panko covered with parmesan (I don’t remember the exact name) the fish and chip is definitely a must try! We ordered and like 2 minutes later our meal came. We couldn’t believe how fast it was! Thanks to all the staff, we had a really great meal!

Ordered this season's lobster roll with Ceasar salad as a side, seated outdoors on their dog friendly patio. The service was prompt and friendly. The lobster roll was delicious, no shells, well portioned, not difficult to eat and garnished beautifully. The Ceasar salad was also quite good with real bacon. Great experience and would recommend. 5/5

Excellent meal and service. Big thanks to emma for all the hospitality. Poke bowl was great and right proportion of rice to everything else. Chowder was delicious and rich on seafood. Sticky date pudding was excellent and Emma's recommendation to have sauce on the side was a brilliant idea to reduce sweetness. Would love to come back.

My boyfriend and I chose The Pilot House on a whim while visiting and couldn’t have been happier.
I had the haddock and salad and he had the burger, which he said was the best one he’s had in a while.
Our server, Liz, was amazing. She was there whenever we needed her, and never when we didn’t. Plus, she was incredibly sweet and kind.
If I lived in Charlottetown, I’d be there at least twice a month.

They had many entrees that come gluten free and many others that could be modified to make them gluten free. The waitress was super knowledgeable and friendly; Loved her east coast accent and charm.
