Food was amazing. Service was amazing. The ventilation system in the building is not sufficient for the wood fired oven. My eyes were so irritated I almost cancelled my main. Unfortunately will not be able to come back until the ventilation is fixed.
Would never go back to this location Piatos / Pink Crow after dealing with the manager named andrew. Terrible customer service and terrible food quality, usually cold or sitting on the counter while the manager flirts with waitresses.

Incredible pizza!! Steaks and dessert were delicious as well. Service could improve a little. Sat for 10 minutes alone without any water or introduction, plenty of staff around.

Needed a random place to eat and walked into this restaurant. Everything made me blown away. Drink was delicious and having a bite of everyone’s food at my table was amazing. If only I lived in this province it would be definitely a place to go back again. Service and all the workers were great too. Definitely a great place to recommend!

Visited this place last Friday with my wife at night and it was a total surprise. We ordered the Pizza with prosciutto and pear ...it was delicious and maybe one of the best pizzas that I have tried in my life. 100% recommendable.

My wife and I had a great dinner experience at The Pink Crow! It's conveniently located just steps from the Delta hotel. The design and atmosphere is really nice, with a beautiful bar and an open kitchen. The service was excellent and the food amazing! Wood fired everything! We started with charred Sishitos peppers with Parmesan and lemon aioli, and enjoyed a pepperoni hot honey pizza, and filet steak with roasted veggies and tallow fries for a main. Such flavour and a creative menu. Plus the portions were huge! Can't wait to revisit again when we visit Charlottetown.
We booked a table in the afternoon as we are visiting Charlottetown and read good review in Toronto Star. Not disappointed! Fantastic pizza and Ceasar salad. Best experience with the staff. Jasheena and Hunter went above and beyond. Thank you for a wonderful evening.
Charlottetown’s newest pizza offering is located in a renovated and refurbished Piatto Pizzaria. The interior gives off a warm contemporary feel, with new wall facades, sleek lighting, a wooden trellis over the bar, and high quality cutlery.
We came as a group of 6 on an early Sunday afternoon. There weren’t too many customers, and service was prompt and attentive.
I ordered their $19 lunch special, which came with a side Fennel & Apple salad, and a 9-inch pizza of choice (excluding lobster).
The Fennel and Apple salad was well designed and had a good balance of flavors (slight anise from the fennel, balanced by crispy onions and tart Granny Smith apples, with a mixed greens base), but the salad I received had next to no dressing mixed in (of which was supposed to be an avocado-based dressing).
My Pear and Prosciutto pizza had similar well balanced flavors, and it was cooked thoroughly in the middle. However, small parts of my crust were burnt.
I was leaning towards giving Pink Crow 4 stars on the food, but some of my party were quite let down by their entrees. The Mushroom Pizza was very dry and one-note on flavor, and the Bavette (not pictured) gave very little meat for the price. The Fire Roasted Brie appetizer also had very burnt crostinis.
The atmosphere, decor, and service was excellent, but the food (aside from maybe the lunch special) is not worth it for the price. I don’t think I will return, unless invited by others.
