What is the point of pre-ordering via your app when the order hasn't even been started when you arrive at the time it says it will be ready? This had happened every time I go here for the past two years. Only one person working- could have just ordered when I got here. What are you telling us, Pita Pit? Don't use your app? Don't eat here?

Was in Sunday afternoon. Terrible customer service, the employee wasn’t friendly and I had to prompt him to order and say what I wanted on my pita. He just stared at me with a blank face. Every table was also dirty.

This is the 3rd time we have picked up pita pit and I’ve gotten no cheese. They are making all our food at once and asking questions about everything and somehow every-time. Despite me paying for extra cheese I get no cheese. I won’t be eating here again. Once is understandable but every time I eat here is ridiculous

1 guy working, hardly anyone in the store and took 20 minutes for an undersized, 20$ rice bowl. The Food is mid, processed meats high in fat & sodium. Tons of sauce, cheese and unhealthy meats make this is hardly a quasi-healthy alternative to fast food. Go support somewhere local instead. it’ll be the same price, same wait time, but non processed & bigger portions!

Food is good, fresh, tasty. Service is good. They could use a better cleaning crew, and while it wasn't a complete disaster, most of the surfaces were sticky, and the front door has a screen door type spring and a heavy duty chain at the top.
Terribly dirty. There are two sets of glass doors to walk through and they were cloudy because there was so many smudges on them. Proceeded to the washroom where I immediately made the decision not to eat there. The sink was brown with filth, the base and surrounding areas of the toilet was caked with dirt, the walls were badly soiled and hadn't been wiped down in a long time and the ledge was covered with a thick layer of dust. If their standards are this low in public areas, what is their food handling like? The restaurant itself also didn't feel clean, it felt really dinghy and not clean, like nobody cared and it was just let go. I did not eat here.
