I paid for delivery, and the delivery driver informed me that he would be unable to complete the delivery due to the amount of snow and his lack of appropriate footwear. I understand that deliveries can be refused in adverse weather conditions or significant snowfall. However, in this instance, the snowfall was minimal, requiring only a 30-second walk to the door.
Why would a delivery service operate in snowy conditions without providing its drivers with the necessary equipment?

I ordered pizza for me and my kids and it never arrived. I missed a call from who I assume is there driver? Wouldn't know as it comes up as a random number. My food then said delivered I check every were and if it was delivered it wasn't to my house. Tried to call the store got put on hold for 15 minutes before I gave up.

Absolutely awful service. everyone was standing around and talking and socializing and my food sat there ready with me in the restaurant for 15 plus minutes the cashier told me, my foods been ready for a while and i told her the other cashier said it wasn’t ready. and the cashier was extremely rude to me when i told her i’ve been waiting like it was my fault. i’ve heard awful things. honestly stay away. go somewhere else where people are actually kind to you and not rude and not paying attention😡😡

I ordered the Garlic Cheese Tater Tots, and this tall Gujarati Indian guy gave me the usual container but with barely 20 tots in it. I didn’t take a picture, but I went back in to ask if that’s the standard portion. He tells me it’s the “smallest size,” then literally throws the box in the bin in anger and says, “You should’ve asked the portion size before, buddy. It’s not our fault.”
Like… I’ve ordered tater tots from Pizza Pizza in Montreal, Toronto, and Halifax — I know what a normal portion looks like. I paid around $8.90 and got a tiny serving with almost no cheese on it. I was polite the whole time, but I really didn’t appreciate the attitude. The manager definitely needs to work on their staff’s behaviour, because that’s not the kind of vibe customers want to leave with.

Was going to order delivery but their website still won’t delivery to me. I have to call in and they will do delivery, I live 2-4km away.
Called in, ordered meat supreme pizza. Guy said for the same price, I can also get pops and chips. Sure I said. Phone agent said it was a regularly priced item yet for the same price!
Little did I know, he changed my order. So when I arrived in charlottetown, the staffer wasn’t surprised it was messed up. We don’t have chips here and it’s different in Ontario he said. The Ontario call center staff just don’t know better.
We also discovered the phone agent didn’t order me meats supreme, he changed my pizza and made it smaller.
Walked out and ordered dominos. Hopefully this helps correct your issues with your call center team in Ontario.

Pizza Pizza never disappoints! Every time I visit, the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure my order is just right. The pizza always arrives hot, fresh, and full of flavor – it’s my go-to spot for a consistently great meal and excellent customer service!
Worst place the staff does not know how to talk with the customer. I was waiting for the order and the staff was just talking. Will never go there again.
