Gem stuck in the corner of what's kind of a dingy mall. Milk tea boba was delicious and the lady behind the counter was very friendly. Glad I stumbled upon it.
The strawberry smoothie was completely flavorless. All I tasted was a bit of milk and ice. Not to mention that the server overfilled the drink and it dripped everywhere. They didn't have any napkins so I had to use toilet paper from the bathroom to clean up the mess.

The sago is great. I had a half sugar HK milk tea with tapioca. The worker even asked for feedback which shows that they care. :)

If you have raised the price, you should update it on the menu. There are two menu boards, and neither shows the new prices.
The service is very good and the workers are especially kind and understanding. The prices are good and the bubble tea is to die for. The process is very quick and it usually takes no more than 15 minutes for an order of 2 or 3 bubble teas. This is by far my favourite place to get boba in Charlottetown and I highly recommend it.
