A must go for breakfast if you are in the area! We had a wonderful experience with our server Ella who was super knowledgeable and gave us really great service! The breakfast sandwich was fantastic as was the egg Benedict with the added smoked salmon.

I have numerous annoying food intolerances so it can be a challenge finding things I can eat and drink. Receiver Coffee had gluten free bread and dairy free milk so I could actually enjoy good food in a lovely location. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
I had an astonishingly good breakfast here. It was a basic two egg breakfast, but every element from the eggs to the toast was executed perfectly. The coffee was also great. I will definitely come back any time I'm in Charlottetown.

Delicious food, excellent coffee, amazing staff
We had a nice breakfast here. The space is busy so it’s hard to get a table. We ordered the Benny and French toast and both were good! The cappuccino and latte were also great. Staff was friendly and attentive. Would return!
Love everything. The service was excellent and scrumptious tea and snacks. The room was busy and echoey however we were quiet and thoughtfully enjoying our treats! With much appreciation!

This 2nd location of Receiver cafe and bistro we went for lunch tho we ended going for the breakfast sandwich anyway. We also shared a carrot ginger soup.
We asked for more sugared bacon ?and popped them in the ginger carrot soup and wow!… it brought the soup to a different level!!!
