Gourav was wonderful. He has wonderful customer service and is a pleasure to talk to. Coffee was good tonthe last drop , and my birthday cake Robin's Egg was just what I needed. Absolutely Delicious š!!!
I've come to learn that Robin's Donuts no longer makes/serves fritters. Very disappointing as it was the primary reason I visited any Robin's Donuts.This location in particular was extremely slow, but I don't blame the workers. There were only TWO workers on staff and they were working a mile a minute. Unfortunately, it took them 15 minutes to handle the drive-thru customers as well as the 4 people in front of me. The workers needed help with more staffing.This review/rating is based on the cancellation of fritters and the poor decision by the ownership/management of this location to only staff two employees who were obviously overworked and stressed.I will note that even though the staff was extremely busy, they were very polite and pleasant and great to deal with!

Lady at the window was rude, hash brown was burnt, and the worker gave me a cup of hot chocolate instead of an ice coffee.

Love Robinās, especially a standalone Robinās! The doughnuts were SO FRESH! Chewy, fluffy Bismark with gooey chocolate ganache was fantastic. Their coffee is so tasty.
THE authentic Canadian coffee shop experience. The staff here are so friendly here, the chashier even called me ādearā.
